Of the 164 million, nearly 70 million suffer from undiagnosed sleep disorders and the most common disorder is obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). It's 100% treatable too. The best part is that when you treat your sleep apnea you feel better, and you're treating other more serious diseases and health issues too. Untreated OSA increases your risk of hypertension, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, acid reflux, depression and anxiety, weight gain, and erectile dysfunction, among others.

Early detection of sleep apnea and proper treatment can not only help you feel better today, but it can also help you avoid more serious illness or reduce the severity of those illnesses. The vast majority of people who suffer from sleep apnea have obstructive sleep apnea. Although some people will hold their breath at night, most will struggle to breathe through a partial blockage of the airway. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) means that during sleep the airway is partially blocked or in more rare instances completely obstructed.
CPAP is the safest, least expensive, and most effective treatment for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). It's an acronym for continuous positive airway pressure. CPAP provides a constant stream of air with enough pressure to hold the passageway in the back of your throat open and keep it from partially collapsing which would otherwise restrict airflow.

EDIT: It's been 3 weeks since ordering my initial resupply order and they haven't even put it in the mail yet. After being incorrectly told I needed to make my supplies last until my 30 day follow up (which they scheduled 60 days out instead). My dust allergy flared up and using my cpap with the single filter they gave me (that's supposed to be changed every two weeks).
My nose swelled shut. These people could not care less. I've asked for someone in charge to reach out to me, and they have not. This was two weeks ago. The nurse practitioner is great. The office staff have sent me to the wrong location after I repeatedly confirmed my appointment location. I self paid, and they charged my insurance instead. Getting an appointment in a timely fashion was like pulling teeth. Go somewhere else, just so you don't have to deal with the above.

All was fine but it seems they are short staffed. Had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time for the results of my sleep study only to find that they didn't yet have the written report. The reason? They have only one doctor reading the recordings and writing it up! So, I got a "de-brief" but not the official report which they said may take another week or more.
