Dr Merrill is an incredible physician. He's bed side manor is impeccable! I have fallen arches and was in wrong orthotics and have arthritis now on outside of my left foot. He's kept me going until I can get surgery on my left foot. Time off and $$ has just prolonged this surgery If you need a phenomenal podiatrist go to southern Oregon Foot and Ankle! Dr Merrill and all there staff are 10+.

Thieves, they told me I was covered under my insurance and after visiting them 8-10 times and having in office procedure they told me that they were not part of my plan, they were out of network, and demanding the entire difference that was approximately $1500. I would not have gone to them if I knew they were out of network. They lied and used deceptive practices to get more money from me.
After I found a new podiatrist they had the audacity of calling me about a month later to say that they now are in network and I can come back. No thanks! I feel like they made the mistake in telling me they were in Network and they should have been the ones to eat the difference in cost. It is unfair to the customer that they are devious and greedy.
It baffles me how this is my fault. I do not recommend them. The new Podiatrist I go to is so much better. Takes time with me, treats me with respect, unlike Southern Oregon Foot & Ankle. No thanks!

Dr Merrill and staff are awesome! I have had top notch medical care. They are kind and very caring in there medical care of All their patients. I recently was seen by Dr. Merrill and the experience all around was great. The staff was very polite and smiley. I had a previous bunionectomy that went completely wrong so I am pretty nervous about getting another surgery. Dr. Merrill made me feel more at ease and I am excited to get my life back. I would recommend Southern Oregon and Ankle to anyone who is suffering from a foot problem.
