I rarely write reviews but in this case, I must inform the public of how simply amazing Fort Collins Chiropractic at Scott Family Health is. The minute you walk in the door, the staff makes you feel comfortable, inviting and are extremely friendly. I do appreciate the kindness the front desk staff provides once you arrive. They truly do care for their patients to ensure their quality of life improves from the very first appointment.

Every session I have recevied from Dr. Scott Hessler regarding my back and neck problems have truly improved my functionality and treatment towards the pain I have had in the past from the military. He is a very friendly doctor who treats you as if you are family and wants to help in any way possible. I have also been receiving acupuncture from Brenna Galves here and that combined with the chiropractic work has been phenomenal. Brenna also provides a very relaxed atmosphere and ensures her patients are comfortable to the highest degree.

Her knowledge of how to heal the body through acupuncture and proper techniques is wonderful. I truly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a professional yet caring and understanding staff that is ready to get you back to enjoying your life to the fullest. In April, had a new patient appointment in their Loveland location. Drove from a different town and took time off from work to arrive at my appointment to be told that they weren't taking new patients. They then told me to make another appointment for 2 days later. I told them no, I'm not driving from another town AGAIN because they messed up and that I wouldn't be back.

Their response was " I'm good with that" The doctor then came out and claimed that the office staff toldhim that I didn't have an appointment and that they had offered me a discount off my next visit. (Both of those claims are untrue) Fast forward to today. I'm a disabled veteran and the VA referred me to the Fort Collins location for 3 different services and was told that they "are declining treatment" for me because of the last interaction at the Loveland clinic. Their office staff is rude, inept and spiteful.

From the front desk to the chiropractors and acupuncturists (haven't had massage) these people are so great. very professional but also personal and actually care about and remember ur issues and target the problems and fix them as a team. I've never felt better thanks to this lovely staff of amazing people.

I visit the Fort Collins Office for acupuncture with Brenna. She is amazing. I have experienced pain from an injury for over 18 months, after just three treatments I experienced substantial relief. Her technique is the amazing. I recommend Brenna to everyone! Thank you

I injured my shoulder a few months ago and found integrative health and couldn't be more pleased! They offer the full spectrum of healing from an in house doctor who examined me to physical therapy, great chiropractic care, intensive massage and incredible acupuncture my shoulder is nearly as good as new! I was worried I would have to have surgery but joining the iH health membership plan for a very reasonable rate I was able to have unlimited chiro and doctors visits, 4 physical therapy treatments, 2 massage and 2 acupuncture treatments a month all for less than the cost of 2 physical therapy sessions somewhere else!

This place is incredible! I can't recommend it more! Every phacisian is amazing, knowledageable, and down to earth. They sit and discuss your health problem and concerns and address the matter wholistically and educate you in the process. You can tell they genuinely care about the patient and want to heal your ailments in the best way possible. I feel like family when I walk in.

If you suffer from any sort of chronic pain or have been recently injured I encourage you to check them out! You won't regret it! I know it sounds cheesy and as a paying customer it's incredibly unusual for me to write any reviews let alone a shining one but that's how much I believe in their mission.

A wonderful office with very friendly and helpful staff. I had my very first appointment yesterday and I can not say enough great things about Integrative Health. I was not feeling well at all and they got me right in and I didn't have to wait. My insurance is useless for non-catastrophic healthcare. I have a high deductible HSA account and this is the answer I was searching for.

I signed up immediately. Why pay $400-500 out of pocket when you can pay a small monthly membership and be seen when you need to be seen! Perfect answer! I'm so excited about this I'm telling everyone who will listen.

Getting into this program is such a great idea! Especially with health insurance deductibles increasing significantly as well as co-pays. The one on one care you receive here is second to none. No clinic can even compare. The follow-up with patients is exemplary. It's nice to have care that actually CARES. Well worth the small monthly fee!
