Physician Referral Service

This place defrauds low-income people. I went in with a sore in my mouth, the doctor looked for literally a few seconds, and then they billed me $500 for a "45 minute intermediate complexity" visit. There is no billing phone number you can speak to. They ignore my online messages. This place should get investigated and shut down

The labor and delivery staff took such great care of me from the moment I checked in to the moment I left. The staff was very attentive, very empathetic and knowledgeable. I did not want to leave after a few days of being under their care. I truly missed their help and all they did for me, my son and husband. Keep up the great work and professionalism. Thank you!

Wow I was surprised by these bad reviews! I got a call from my insurance that they are trying to get more people to get a physical so I was scheduled here and my physical was so thorough! Lots of bloodwork done to check for issues, and the doctor was even able to fill my prescription since my derm was out of network now, and it was no issue when I requested a female doctor.

Everyone in the office was friendly, including the nurse and doctors and lab, and best of all there was basically no wait time at all! Very happily surprised by this as I have had many experiences at other doctors offices in the city where I haven't been seen till over an hour after my apt, or they leave me waiting for the doc to show up in the room, but not the issue here! Very efficient

HORRIBLE & UNACCEPTABLE Emergency Room Service. Only one Doctor, Nurses are on their cell phones - nobody checks up on the patients, cleans up the room, totally Disgusting! Vomit all over the room nobody wanted to clean it. Child in pain, nurses ignoring the patient. My Goodness this ER Should be Shut Down! Shame on Administration for this! Emergency Room service will let you die!

Abused my grandfather for days, refused to let us see him almost the entire time. Drugged him, kept him unconscious and lied about his condition. This place should be shut down. Who doesn't have case workers on the weekends? Refused to transfer him to a better hospital so they could make more money. Pathetic excuse of nurses and doctors. They should all be stripped of their licenses. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

The whole place is a joke. I told them I didn't have insurance and didn't wanna get seen if I had to pay out of pocket. They convinced me I wouldn't have to pay to just fill out a charity paper. Turns out I don't qualify and they didn't even try to help at all. I had to ask questions and see if there's other ways and she seemed inconvenienced to go get the sheet for me. All the workers seem miserable if you end up at the wrong place they get sassy with you, but don't like when you check them. Go somewhere else

Yeah right what's the point you call for results and they never again answer plus my 88 year old dad was There 8 days never help him take a shower, I did a report no one ever answered I spoke to head nurse and supervisor and they promised to call me never did

The hospital staff starting front desk to the back rock! Very warm welcoming, friendly, professional and latinos to the max with client skills! Keep up the good work guy's because you make a difference! Thank you so much! Oh and we went to get the covid vaccine for 80 yr old mom and myself.

This hospital doesn't even deserve 1 star. The doctors and staff and nurses don't care about the patients. They refuse to give updates. And they release patients that are mentally and physically unstable because they just don't want to deal or help. They might save your life but they put you back out on the streets to let you die. Whatever you do, pray you're taken to a different hospital if you're not able to choose yourself. The psychiatrist is the worst person there.
