My appointment today with PA Peters was great and informative, and I left feeling confident we had created a positive direction for care. My appointment today was actually my third appointment seeing Mr. Peters and it has always been an enjoyable experience. He is professional, friendly, and thorough. I highly recommend this practice!

All of the employees at the front desk are polite, friendly and professional.it's a pleasant experience to enter this office. Corey has a wonderful demeanor when greeting me and during my entire time with him. He is friendly and very professional. I have confidence in him as a PA. He explains what's happening to my bones and he gives me time to ask questions. I think he's exceptional in every way.

Daniel Jose, PA is excellent. I had my pre-op appointment for knee revision yesterday. He was running an hour late - apologized, shared the reason, and started the exam. Never felt rushed- answered all of my questions thoroughly. With Daniel and Dr Redmond on the case, I am so confident that this surgery will be as successful as the first.

I am going through a second knee replacement procedure with Dr. Redmond and his team. Allen Kent has been my contact through most of the experience, and I always ask for him for all my pre-op and post-op appointments. He's a great listener, and answers any questions I have in a way I can understand. He goes over every inch of information and explains things thoroughly. Plus, he's got a tender touch taking staples out after surgery.

My physical therapist, Vicki Le, was a joy to work with today. Clearly she is knowledgeable and determined to get me back on my feet. Her demeanor is friendly as well as confident, and I am so comfortable working with her. The front desk staff and the facility are top notch. I am so happy to be given the opportunity to be part of this healing community.

Diane did a great job of informing me of the problem and what needs to be done. However, it might be a good idea to slow the delivery and ask the patient if there are any questions after each segment of information. I found I was trying to make mental notes to ask her when she got through and at end I did ask a few, but on the ride remembered others.

Southeast Orthopedic Specialists may very well be the most efficient, professional and friendly doctor's office I have had to visit. In 3 separate appointments I was seen on time, and diagnosed and treated quickly & professionally. One appointment was on time in reality. Two of them I was seen early and I was out of there early as well. The highly respected reputation of this doctor's group is well deserved and it shows throughout the entire staff.
