Would not recommend this pediatrics to anyone. Staff is extremely rude & not helpful what so ever.

The receptionists in the pediatric department in the harlingen clinic have been very rude lately. Today I called to schedule an appointment and I was placed on hold without being told. Her voice was very snappy And to make matters worse, towards the end of the call i asked again for the time of the appt so i can write it down. She repeated herself in a rude manner then hung up. I should just take my kids somewhere else.

Wow, I was blown away by the services they provide at economical cost. This is a low-cost family health clinic that helps a lot of patients with or without financial problems. I mean, for qualified patients, $40 fee for check up and labs? Where else can you get such a thing? Lots of families are continued to be served in the RGV area by great doctors.

I visited the drive thru at the pharmacy. It is usually not too long a wait. Good, friendly service.

I love the midwives that Su clinica women's health department has, especially Mrs. Smith, but the staff, the MAs, receptionists, and everyone in between is plain rude. You have to wait for over 3 hours to actually see a doctor sometimes. When I went in for my ultrasound, I had to be asking questions because the nurse was just typing away while pressing abruptly hard on my stomach, I asked so is there twins? and she rudely answered while laughing, "no. be grateful there's one heartbeat." Like ok, i understand everyone has bad days at work, but literally every appointment I had, they treated me like garbage.

I never leave reviews anywhere. but for my first pregnancy, I was expecting a joyful experience, but it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had. I hope other women read this and spare themselves from this horrible place.

If I could give this place no stars I would. It's like a toxic relationships you keep trying to give a chance but it does not get better. Employees are RUDE from entering to having a visit or making an appointment everything is an attitude around this place. Employee don't know how to speak to people. From someone that comes from up north and is not from the valley patient care SUCKS at this place. Pediatrics should be a place kids would want to come to see the doctor and not be scared of how they talk to them or treat them maybe they should be reevaluated who works they're pediatric department because the ones they have don't know how to treat people.

They take 3 hours just to look at one piece of paper. The workers just sit there acting like they doing stuff when they are just sitting there. They talk all wrong making patient worry alot about there baby's. This is the worst doctor office I have ever seen. I pray that everyone realize what they do and stop coming here.

I use certified nurse midwife shanna creighton, whom is a very well kept, organized, professional provider, she's knows what she's talking about and always explains things very well. always puts her patients first. not only that, but i used to hate going to gyno appointments but now since i have shanna i look forward to them-thank you shanna for all you do, and the help you provide not only that but thank you for being so kind and caring. i recommend her for anything you need in obgyn department. she's a wonderful lady and provider and someone who's i recommend anyone to see.

Giving 4 stars for pediatrics because I take my daughter there and so far have had a good experience. I was also a patient there as a child. But 1 star for women's health because I just stopped by to ask some questions and the lady at the front desk was being rude. I had a similar experience with a previous girl from when I was pregnant and going there.

But she wasn't so bad, though this lady I just come across after a year of not going was unprofessional. Her tone of voice said everything. And I made an appointment but I don't feel comfortable with it anymore so I will be looking into another clinic from now on. Most staff is decent but I didn't feel very welcomed.
