My Eye Doctor recommended Dr. Ash and I am so happy that I did my lasik with him. I had my lasik surgery on Wednesday. I didn't feel a thing, I had today my check up and everything seem great. I have 15/20 vision now, in just one day. Tasha was amazing, I texted her anytime I had a question and she was quick to respond. I totally recommend Dr Ash. You will not regret! Trust me.

Everything was perfect. I am so pleased at how much better my vision is. The staff at both locations were friendly and helpful. Dr. Ash is a magician.

Will never be coming back here, made an appointment, I was aware my insurance didn't cover my exam and I agreed to pay out of pocket. when checked in they had me waiting over 30 minutes to just tell me they only work with insurances? that they could see me or take any card or cash payments. waist of time and unprofessional.

Had a very long and disappointing visit recently. I gave 2 stars because Dr. Khan was very pleasant to work with and made me feel very comfortable, but I spent the least amount of time with him. I was unimpressed with the facility. They make you check in and wait in a stuffy vestibule-like area in between their 2 buildings. The lady in the front who checked me in was nice enough to me, but I was uncomfortable witnessing her argue with another patient about properly wearing a mask.

My biggest let down came when I found out I did in fact need glasses for the first time in my life and then being unenthusiastically told just to pick out a pair from a wall with no help or direction as she sat down, got comfortable, and played on her phone (after I had waited an additional 20 min). I was overwhelmed and getting no help. I just wanted to get out of there so I asked if I could come back later, so she offered to print my prescription for me.

I grabbed it and went to another eye doctor in town and bought 2 new pairs of designer glasses. I received amazing customer service and a staff that were actually helpful and pleasant to work with. I am very happy with my new glasses and will never recommend this place until they get better staff or more training in customer service.

I would love to share the details of my experience at this facility but for some reason I can never seem to get an appointment. The ladies that run the front desk have absolutely no idea what is actually going on inside of the office itself. I have been told on numerous occasions on the perfect day to call back in order to get seen for a simple eye exam for the following month and every time I call this eye center they keep giving me the run around.

If you are somebody that has health net insurance do not give these people your time of day because all they are going to do is waste it. I genuinely hope that they are able to afford either another optometrist that accepts health net or hiring some new staff at the front desk who know how to actually communicate with each other so that everybody is on the same so no patients are given false information

I will be forever grateful to Doctors Ash and Steinberg and their amazing team. They have given me the incredible gift of perfect vision. I am ecstatic as I can now see both up close and far away without the need of corrective lenses! This is no small accomplishment considering that prior to surgery I could barely see out of one eye and not much better with the other.

Thanks to Dr. Ash's surgical expertise and Dr. Steinberg's thorough diagnostic approach, I now see like a 20 year old---everything appears clear, colorful, and crisp! The procedure was absolutely painless and the healing period seemed very quick and easy. I understand why this place has the outstanding reviews it has. Understanding, supportive, caring, and sociable group of people work here. Dr. Ash and his team are phenomenal. I work full time graveyard shifts with a tight work schedule, yet they made the time and accommodated me for a consult and LASIK same day. I ran late to both appointments due to traffic and they were still so understanding and saw me immediately when I arrived.

The procedure itself was a breeze. Dr. Ash truly makes you feel safe under his care and you can tell he's truly passionate about what he does. The procedure itself was so quick and doctor kept me calm and talked me through the entire thing. I am so happy with my results my vision previously was -3.25 and I've worn or needed corrective lenses for as long as I can remember. Now I have 20/15 in both eyes. Remarkable work and I am so happy I chose you guys to do this for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am truly grateful for all you do!

I recently went in for a evaluation on my eligibility for lasik correction, and also I went through with getting lasik. I'm happy with the results I don't wear glasses anymore, being a mechanic I feel great without needing them. Staff was really nice and Tasha and Dr. Ash made it simple and easy.

Dr. Ash was amazing. I appreciate his and the office's ability to squeeze me in for my LASIK surgery very, very quickly. Friendly staff and a super nice, clean office. 10/10 would recommend.
