Dr. Kay is a very compassionate and friendly person. I have trusted him threw to many procedures. My health is not really good but he takes time to listen.

We visited with Karen Gibbs today, a NP. She was very thorough, and educated me well, and explained recent tests that I had received in Bay Area Hospital. She also outlined a good plan for treatment, and certainly was professional and reassuring in her visit.

Rebecca Howard PA did my telehealth call today and she is simply outstanding! She had reviewed my medical history, asked great question and thoroughly answer all my question. I would sincerely recommend this practice.

I had 2 telemedicine visits with Dr Peter Kay. He had my history and details so that we were able to go forward to the next step. He ordered a CT scan, which ruled out anything worrisome. So, on my next visit, we talked about options for what to eat or to take a drug he recommended. He said it was "up to me" which I appreciated.

No wasted time or energy to respond to messages. No duplicate requests for information. My tele-health appointment left me feeling confident that I was heard and had an appropriate plan of action. Karen Gibbs, FNP-C was insightful and knowledgable, but most important to me, she successfully communicated an interest in my circumstances while efficiently providing me with guidance that matched my priorities.
