I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. After receiving my medical degree from Wayne State University in 1994, I completed a medical residency in Preventive Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University. I then completed a 2-year fellowship in Medical Toxicology, and became board certified in 2000.
