Jack C. Rosenfeld, MD practiced family medicine with his father in Blue Bell, PA for 7 years prior to joining Green & Seidner in 1995. He received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in 1984 and completed his residency at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, PA.

Green and Seidner Family Practice Associates is comprised of 4 physicians and 4 certified nurse practitioners who provide comprehensive family medicine. We also specialize in all services relating to worker's compensation and pre-placement physicals. We're situated in the Lansdale, PA area. Our philosophy of caring for the injured worker is to maintain a safe, yet productive, work environment.

To benefit from the study medication, medical examination, close medical supervision, laboratory evaluations, and sometimes, other studies such as X-ray, CT scans, and MRIs, at no cost to the patient. In addition, each study participant is reimbursed for time and travel. Green and Seidner Family Practice Associates was established in 1976.

I'm a fairly new patient, I got the recommendation from my mother who has had great experiences here. I'm pleased that my NP is Virgina Byers, who listens to all the concerns I have and has great bedside manner. I am one of those people that gets nervous going to the doctor but she and her nurses put me at ease. The patient portal is easy to use; I had sent a message through and was pleasantly surprised that someone reached out to me about 3 hours later to discuss concerns I had.

I was also able to make an appointment online as well and had appointments much sooner than I had thought there would be. I've seen some poor reviews here for the front desk. My experience with them has been pleasant. They are nothing but friendly and professional when I check-in or call. I think they have been handling the huge influx of calls throughout the pandemic very well, I imagine there have been some rude patients due to how busy they are but they have been wonderful

I've always been able to get in when I needed to. The attention to details and the willingness to discuss matters concerning my health care has been a big plus. Shout out to Jennifer Craig CRNP for being on top of things. Hugs and smiles to all! Yes! I recommend people often.

First time at practice. Very efficient front office staff. Virginia spent more time with me than I expected. Did not feel rushed. She and Gay really made things very comfortable.

This review is a second hand account from a friend that goes to this doctors office. They won't review for privacy reasons, but I will to warn others. This person does not work for anyone that drug tests, is not starting a new job, does not work in any field where drug testing is normal. This person has no red flags that would alert a medical professional to potential drug use of any kind.

Say goodbye to your gun rights, privacy rights, and right to not have your health insurance company in your personal business if you trust the doctors at this facility. The insurance company does have access the these test results, so be aware when choosing this staff for your medical needs.

I'm so grateful to have found Green and Seidner family practice. Everyone is so nice, compassionate and professional. Dr. Byers is so patient, knowledgable and you can tell she really cares. This office is such a breath of fresh air. I'm beyond thankful to them.

Requires double masks in order to even be considered to receive medical attention. forced compliance is not the move. you've got yours, why do I need one? would leave 0 stars if I could. clearly this practice doesn't know anything and doesn't respect freedom.

The office was clean and well kept. The receptionist was extremely kind and patient as she checked me in and went through paper work and questioning. The medical assistant, who assisted me prior, was wonderful, sweet & had a great personality. Virginia Byers, CRNP was amazing, took her time and went above and beyond to help with my health concerns.

She was easy to talk to and took her time with me. My lab results came back within the next day and the patient portal was easy to navigate through. I highly recommend the practice, great staff. All around wonderful experience.

Updating to 3 stars, the experience has improved a bit. They're getting quicker on the check in process. They still don't seem very friendly or happy to be there, but all my experiences with Lisa have been very pleasant. Giving one star because 0 isn't allowed. The front desk staff is absolutely atrocious. Never had a bad experience with a doctor or nurse, but the front desk is enough of a deterrent that we will be switching practices.

I have been going for 8-9 years now, and my wife for over 30 but its to the point we are ready to go. My last visit last week I was there at 7:20 for a 7:30PM appointment. I wasn't taken back until 8:22PM, 52 minutes after my time. I was the only person in the waiting room for a majority of the time and not once did anyone even apologize or acknowledge.

After seeing Leslie, she asked me to call back and give her an update a few days later, in which she should possibly prescribe something new if I wasn't feeling better, which I am trying to do but no one answers the phone. I then came online and saw the rash of recent reviews that are all people feeling the same way I am and saying the same things. I have routinely waited a long time after my appointments to be called back, and it has just gotten worse and worse.

I love Dr Rodriguez! He is the best. Very caring, very thorough and always a pleasure to see. Office staff and nurses are pleasant and the office seems to run very smoothly. I would highly recommend this office.

Been seen by the doctors here for over 10 years. I have moved to a new PCP and thankfully so. I found Dr. Knudsen to be cold and impolite. My gripe isn't as much with her though. I can imagine she is stressed during this pandemic, but her attitude didn't help. My main issue is how rude and hostile the front desk is over the phone. One particular receptionist, Kathy, tried denying me the basic right of a sick note I needed for work because I had a work related ailment that happened on a Sunday, and said I should've came in (even though they were closed) and then said I still needed to come in to be seen in order to get one.

When I asked if I could come in that day, (even though I was no longer affected by the issue) she said there wasn't anything available for over two weeks. Luckily, I later spoke to a different receptionist who correctly followed the proper protocols and I was able to get documentation for my absence later that day via fax. I honestly wonder why anyone would want to keep someone like her employed in a customer service capacity because she is clearly lacking patience and manners.

And not to mention the sometimes over 30 minute long wait times on the phone. I never do any reviews but this compelled me to leave one. I don't make them look bad, they make themselves look bad as you can see in the other reviews. If you're in the Lansdale area and want to find a good doctor I'm not saying there's not good doctors there. But you will be plagued by lack of appointments and unnecessary attitude and constant run-arounds by the staff. Go elsewhere.
