Dr. Waltzman performed life saving emergency surgery on my mother who had a ruptured brain aneurysm in 2017. She spent a few weeks in the ICU and then a few weeks in rehab. She came out fully functioning. She has since been seeing him for follow ups. He performed a second surgery when he discovered an unruptured aneurysm. It is visible he is excellent in his craft and extremely knowledgeable.

He implanted a coil he thought would be best for my mother (with her consent), but was still pending FDA approval. Lo and behold it received FDA approval since. He takes his time and patiently listens to my mother's every concern. He also thoroughly reviews test results and her medications list. My mother and I have full faith in him. We are very grateful to him for his work.

North Jersey Brain & Spine Center has been a blessing for our family. The Center is on top of their patients and the staff is amazing and compassionate. Dr. Walzman is a brilliant and knowledgeable doctor who saved my husband's life. We cannot be thankful enough for all the care, and we feel blessed that we were in the best care possible in the worst time of our lives.

Went to the ER for immobilizing back pain and I was fortunate enough that Dr. Karimi was on call and performed surgery on me which immediately relived my pain. He's very knowledgeable and has a tremendous reputation while also being personable.

We had the absolute luck to have Dr. Khan on call when our daughter broke her back after a fall. His kindness, compassion and unbelievable talent to put us, her parents, at ease by explaining everything he was going to do and why was so helpful in an extremely stressful situation. He brought in a team to ensure she would have the best possible outcome. 3 months later and she has her brace off and is well on her way to a complete recovery! The office staff is also amazing. I highly recommend this group!

I was operated by Dr George Kaptain to remove a benign but large and troubling tumor (Schwannoma) in the lower spine. Dr Kaptain explained the procedure, the benefits and risks, properly and in layman's terms. The critical procedure went without complications and all problems associated with the tumor have been taken care of. Dr Kaptain's operation report on my portal was very detailed and clear. Dr Kaptain is an experienced neurosurgeon.

He makes you very comfortable in his office and answers your questions without rushing you. He is very personable. He called my wife immediately after the operation to give her details. I would recommend Dr Kaptain's services without hesitation.

Dr. Karimi has been a big part of my second chance in life. He has been through every step of the process in ensuring that I receive the utmost care in recovery from my ruptured brain aneurysm. Even on a personal note, Dr. Karimi has been above and beyond in nurturing the patient-provider relationship which brought a lot of clarity in resolving any concerns that I had. It has been a challenging recovery but his motivation and patient care may have been a big factor in what kept me alive to this day.

From the moment I stepped foot into this office, I was treated professionally and with more kindness than I could have asked for. This practice is excellent from the office staff right through to Dr Singh. I have a very complicated medical history, but that didn't stop Dr. Singh for hearing me out and taking a chance on me when others gave up. His nurses, PA, scheduling secretary, billing personnel.everyone is kind and caring and is willing to answer my numerous questions and concerns.
