Best experience I've had at an urgent care! I came in for covid like symptoms. Susan Jensen was very kind, non-judgmental and listened attentively. Unlike other experiences I've had, where they just prescribed me meds and didn't seem to care. She even took time to talk to me about life experiences, and made me feel very comfortable, especially when telling her I deal with health anxiety. Highly recommend!

The nurse was so kind. I had been feeling sick for awhile with what I thought was just bad allergies to animals that turned into an infection. Turns out I also had covid. I burst into tears. the nurse was so kind and helped me to not be so scared. Doctor prescribed antibiotics for my sinus and lung infections as well as steroids n said to get lots of rest. This is a really bad case w the other infections present n doc said to be careful n stay away from allergens and other people.

If you are coming here for a PCR test, be aware: The 30-minute turnaround time promised on their website will cost you $225. Otherwise, it's the same two-day turnaround as everywhere else in town. We spent a full two hours in the waiting room, which was tiny, cramped, poorly ventilated, and consistently filled with people who weren't properly masked.

We were tested on a Friday and promised results in two days. I called today (Monday) and was told we wouldn't have results until the end of the day or Tuesday. If by "two day turnaround, " they mean "two business days, " that's fine, but as with the fee, they make ZERO effort to make this information available to the public. Covid testing here feels like a bait-and-switch. Go to a dedicated testing site instead.

The staff and Dr's are amazing and kind! I was in and out in 30 minutes. I have been going there for a few years and never had a bad experience. Very caring and compassionate place! I would recommend them to everyone!

I went into the doctor because my blood sugar level is Way high and I needed to be checked out. Dr Crisp was Amazing! He made you feel comfortable and he was very thorough when he talked to you which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Franklin Park urgent Care if you ever have an emergency or any other issues!

I have now been here twice due to having a difficult time breathing. I went to their clinic when I was struggling to breathe and the team was so kind, warm and compassionate. From the receptionist, medical assistant and provider Susan Jensen this place is an urgent care but felt more welcoming than any family practice office. They are shockingly affordable but the care I received from the provider Susan was world class, she cared and went above and beyond.

This place is a hidden gem, my family and I are now patients for life. THANK YOU FRANKLIN PARK URGENT CARE, you will never know how much your kindness touched me after the traumatic experience I had before coming to your clinic.

I was pretty stressed over the parking situation there and the waiting room was small but the physician assistant and the physician had the most upbeat and attentive bedside manner. Whatever was aesthetically displeasing was made up by the care & demeanor of the doctor & his assistant. I wish they were my primary doctor

My family and I have been using Franklin Park Urgent Care since I was a child. We continue to use them for our urgent care needs, as do my adult children. Even through COVID the medical facility has been reliable. As well as, respectful and efficient.

Dr. Chris and his staff are some of the best medical service I've ever received! Very kind, efficient, effective and professional! Will definitely return if issues arise! So thankful to have found their clinic!

This clinic provided the most thorough and best care I've ever received from clinical staff ever. From receptionist to the doctor, they all get 5 stars. Dr. Justin Sassone was genuine with his care, kind and quick to treat/diagnose my health problem. I was very happy with my visit. Thank you all for working so hard. I wish I remembered The nurses and receptionists name to give them a shout out too.

My son had been at school so he needed to be tested for covid and I was scheduled as a waiter so we went in and filled out the paperwork and Jennifer took the copies of my insurance information and told me about how the wait time would be went home and got the call back to bring my son in for his test. All good people there no problem. Thank you so much.

We always come here. Usually pretty awesome. Not so much this time. We will NEVER go back and we love Bobbie and Susan! Tested on a Tuesday for covid. We own a small restaurant and couldn't have staff return without results one way or another. They messed up our first tests, gave us a false negative and later called, after we went to work potentially exposing our 12 person staff, to tell us we needed to retest because they forgot to label the specimens before they were sent.

We retested that Thursday morning first thing. Waited patiently to get our results in 2 days as promised. We never got a call! Finally called at 1 on Sunday to get our results. We were told we would get a email and a call but they couldn't be troubled to give is our results knowing that 12 people are waiting to return to work dependent on our results. In my opinion, you are only as good as your word. Their word meant nothing for themselves or for us. They have lost us and we will not return.

Abysmal service. Had an appointment for two hours ago and still waiting to be seen. This happened my last visit here too. Nice employees but seriously understaffed.

Fiance and I went in to be seen for mild to severe cold sypmtoms and checked in online. Techincal difficulities lead to a 30 minute delay to be seen because we weren't checked in. We told them each our syptoms and then were treated like we were lying about them. They perscribed tongue depressors. After two hours of waiting we had to leave to attend to other errands.

Go somewhere else for your CDL physical if you can. Every year less doctors are doing these physicals, so it's getting harder to find doctors who aren't just doing them because they're so bad at their job that they can't keep regular patients.

There are NO words to describe the exceptional service from this establishment. Dr Ostin has been my primary care doc for years. He's informative, thorough and caring. This past week, while he was out, Ruben, (also kind, caring and beyond helpful) went above and beyond the call of duty to help me as well as other patients! Blessings and gratitude to all front line workers. Thank you! Thank you!

WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE I have EVER had at an Urgent Care. I went in for a physical for my school and they advertise that they CAN do sports physicals. They make it a point to put it on the sign but neglect to tell you that they do not accept insurance of any kind and you will have to pay over $100 out of pocket. This clinic makes such a big deal about how they can do sports physicals but will not tell you about the cost and that is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion.

Another thing is that with the on going coronavirus outbreak, NO MATTER your "opinion" DOCTORS SHOULD BE WEARING MASKS WHEN THEY SEE PATIENTS! I was already nervous going in but was reminded that a doctors office during this time should be one of the most taken care of, clean and careful places I could go. I was extremely wrong. I was also disappointed by the extremely young receptionist who when I called to tell them about the fact that their doctors were not only questioning me about how I was planning on recovering my college debt based on my major and choice of school.

He made rude and disrespectful comments abut my ability to pay for my educational costs yet he was not worried about not wearing a mask during a pandemic as a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL she responded with "I'm sure he had his reasons." That is not an acceptable thing to say to someone complaining about your services because she felt uncomfortable and very scared to ask the DOCTOR to simply put on a mask.

He even asked me if him not wearing a mask made me uncomfortable and I said yes, he let out a small giggle and began the examination. Like I said I would give this place a 0 out of 10 and if you have taken the time to read this, I thank you and hope that you will help me in reporting this place to Governor Inslee's Office.

They had me Waiting for 3 hrs one day came a day later and they told they were only going to focus on one symptom and I had to pick which one whatever that means. so I went to chas up the street it's a walk in clinic with amazing services.

Went into urgent care on the notion my doctor office said I couldn't be see for a week or so. Been having super bad headaches nausea and dizziness. The receptionist was totally rude, acted like I was a hood rat and was snotty. I never ever give bad reviews, shoot I hardly ever give reviews. the doctor did a urine test and then gave me a prescription for antibiotics even though he said I didn't have anything wrong.

I told him I didn't have a cold but he said I must have a virus and gave me antibiotics. which isn't for a viral infection. the place was not good. another lady was waiting for an hour with her kid.and she clearly was upset. Wasn't busy at all. I will never go back here. Ever.

Tried to make app on line and all is could could say was my birthday was wrong I'm sure I know when I was born and I know that you're supposed to put two letters in for your day you were bored two letters in for your month you were born and four letters in for the year I did it a zillion times still couldn't get the appointment gay

Waited for about 30-45 mins which wasn't bad. expected to wait at least that, they were busy. Waiting room is very, very small. Got called back and medical assistant went over reason why I came in. asked a few questions and then left. Provider came in maybe 5-10 mins later, very nice woman. My blood pressure was never taken during this appointment, even after stating I have elevated blood pressure.

I know they were busy but taking someone's blood pressure is standard of care in any office visit especially in an urgent care setting. I am giving 1 Star because of this. This is a concern and is unacceptable. I will stick to Providence Urgent Cares from now on.

We were visitng from Portland and needed a Dr. to see my 8 month old daughter. I brought her in since she was very irritable, congested with fevers. Within 10 minutes we were in a room with a nurse completing an assessment of her condition. Quickly after, we saw the doctor. She was prescribed Antibiotics so we headed over to the Rite Aid next door for a fill.

So convenient! By the next day my girl felt much better. Of course, you must be sure to complete the antibiotic regimen. It's nice to know that you can go to a local urgent care and receive wonderful and kind care!

Horrible my daughter who's hand is severely infected and her dr told her to go to urgent care, we went here and they wanted us at 6:30pm to call the hospital where she was I initially seen at to obtain all her paperwork before they would even check her in. We left and went somewhere else. Horrible place, if you want to lose a limb go here!

It was a fairly painless visit but BE SURE to get your questions answered while being seen because God forbid you have a question come to mind after you leave because the PA I saw wouldn't call me back. I called the office back and was willing to wait over the weekend for PA to call back at HIS convenience on Monday. Tuesday afternoon he had office staff call me back with some run around answer that wasn't completely relevant to the question. No service after the sale so to speak! UPDATE: After posting this review the PA then called me on Wednesday and answered my questions.

If I could leave A zero star review I would, I came in for "urgent" care on my thrown out back and had to wait almost an hour just to be seen by the doctor for maybe four minutes, then was given a pain killer prescription that the pharmacy had to call and confirm with them and the office never bothered to answer or respond so I had to wait hours before being able to get a little relieve from my pain all because they are poorly run. I wouldn't return here if it was the only medical care I could receive if I was dying! Horrible horrible place

It was the most disconcerting thing I've ever seen in a doctor's office. I could hear a man yelling in the back around the wall from the receptionist area. From the gist, I assumed it to be a doctor "dressing down" a nurse for mishandling a patient. It was so bad that I yelled back "be nice". Turned out the doctor was yelling at a patient!

By the time she came back to the window and demanded her copay back, I didn't want their doctor to touch me. If I were terminal, I'd drag my body down to Providence Hospital before I'd let some over educated anti-social physician to yell at me for dying.

Feel bad for this staff. They are so kind and caring! The place is a cramped, uncomfortable, dated facility. Thank you to the staff. To the owners, you have a moral responsibility to treat your people and your patients better. The Hippocratic oath applies to you as well!

Terrible! Will never come back! Had an appointment at 1 and they didn't take me back until 2:15. I then told the nurse I had to leave by 2:30 and she said I'd be out of here before then. I didn't leave until 3:30 and was so late for my other appointment they wouldn't even see me. This place sucks don't come here!

Toke my dad in for some back pain today. Waited 1 hour after being admitted before finally leaving to go the the ER. They are understaffed and under qualified. Only one PA-C (Physician Assistant) and four nurse practitioners. Not worth it. Go to the ER even if it's a bit longer wait.

TERRIBLE. told them my son's thoat was closing and they said they close in 30 minutes and wouldn't see him. Went to an ER and we were seen immediately. Will never ever ever ever go here again, ever!
