Dr. Gualnick authorized new cpap machine but the clinic will not provide copy of prescription or authorization to my insurance so they could process my claim. After several attempted calls, the nurse said they already placed order directly with Apria that share their office and the insurance will see an authorization directly from the vendor, not from the clinic. This is fraudulent practice that I want everyone to know. Insist on your prescription.

Have found staff very respectful and doctors very concerned and helpful in answering my questions.

A sleep therapy place that creates unnecessary nightmares. The office staff and some nurses are horrible. They do not give messages to the doctors and blame other office workers for not providing the services I paid for. They never returned my calls, messages or even emails. Yelled at me and had very unprofessional attitude. Spoke with another patient I met at that office, same complains about the office staff. Not recommended at all.

After my dealings with cynthia gronkiewicz.would not recommend this place.she needs to keep her views of politics out of work and her conversations maybe her supervisor should talk to her and explain how reviews work on the internet and the cost of one that is negative.

Been a patient for years. NEvVER found staff anything but courteous, friendly and helpful.

I would like to distinguish between the office staff and the doctors. They do have good doctors, one in particular who is absolutely amazing but the office and scheduling staff is horrendous. It took almost 1.5 hours to get to the right 'person' via some automated system and being connected by different people until I arrived at an answer machine.

I apologize to anyone who listened to that message and magically, I got a call 3 min later talking about having phone issues. No one should be going through this kind of treatment. EVER. Especially not people, who can't breath properly to begin with. These people should handle lumber or soy beans but not human beings!

I like the doctor. But dealing with Apria to get cpap supplies is a nightmare. No one responds to any form of contact.ever!

Dr. Kevin Kovitz Review Another doctor noticed spots on my lungs for the first time, and I was referred to Dr. Kovitz. I checked on his practice and how other patients perceived him, and some isolated reviews plus my "spots" had me bouncing between concerned and terrorized - until I actually was seen by Dr. Kovitz. He did not rush, did not patronize me, nor did he either exaggerate or minimize what he thinks is going on in my lungs.

He took more time than I thought would normally be spent with a new patient to make sure I knew what we were going to do - and saying "we" definitely meant "we". As a former 45-years-a-smoker and former soldier who sucked more than his share of Vietnam Highlands dust, yes there is damage, but Dr. Kovitz has a "measure and monitor" approach that is entirely rational and calming.

Bottom line is that what could have been terrible news was not, but even if it had been, his interpersonal skills and measured approach to problem solving should convince any rational person that they were being treated by a competent and caring professional.

Dr. Zeman is amazing. She worries about her patients as if they are family.
