After a lifetime of impersonal care with offices that don't respect the patients valuable time, I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful after my visit with Dr Abner Sosa. Not only was my scheduled appointment honored, I was greeted with loving, caring, and a pleasant staff My physical was thorough, and friendly.best one yet. Dr Sosa is a gem.

His care is unique and concise. I felt valued and educated about the issues and feel confident he will handle my concerns moving forward. The icing on the cake was not expected when all my referrals were scheduled with follow up texts From the reception, to the nurses, to a very cool approachable physician.it was above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend Reyes and Reyes to you and your family

I usually dont write reviews about those kind of experiences. This office is wonderful, starting with the front desk staff they are courteous and professional. My Doctor is so sweet and caring, this is the 1st time in my life I have a doctor that takes time to listen really listen to me and never rushes me. She is very understanding and concern about my well being. It's the absolute truth her name is Dr. Dergan.

I have been a patient for 20 plus years. Every time I call the staff is ALWAYS ready to assist. I have been fortunate to meet and be seen by all the PA. Even though Dr. Reyes is my doctor. He is very professional has excellent bedside manners and is very caring. The entire office deserves at least 10 stars each. I recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Reyes. This is a fantastic office. All my family goes there. I am so pleased with them. The staff and everyone that works there is pleasant and show that they care. They're very punctual very thorough and very accommodating. Make me feel very pleasant when I'm there. I've seen Dr Reyes he's fantastic, so is Diana and Amy. I see Abner Sosa which he is awesome! They do show that they care, I love this office.

Dr Rene Reyes became my doctor when I went on Medicare. He is full of life. Always a warm welcome. His staff are all lovely. They put up with me! I know I will continue to use the Hollywood office. They make me feel comfortable. Thank you

My first visit was a good experience. Dr. Reyes was good at finding out my concerns and took the time explaining in layman terms what was going on with me medically. He also is doing a battery of tests to get a current baseline of my current health status. I must say I am pleased with his thoroughness and concern for my health. So far I'm giving an A+.

I had not been to see a doctor in a long time and can say that this was a super experience. I appreciated the staff being so friendly, answering my questions, and helping me through the process to see if I needed any referrals or tests that Dr. Reyes ordered. They were thorough in getting my health background, which I feel was particularly important since I had not seen a physician in so long.

They made sure to send any prescriptions I needed directly to my pharmacy. Again, very helpful! Another great thing is that Dr. Reyes has an amazing way of communicating things in every day words that made me know I was in the right care. I totally recommend this practice to anyone looking for a healthcare team that really cares.

My wife and I have been going to this office for many years. All the Drs are excellent professional and awesome human beings. This combination is not easy to find. We never have to sit for a long time. You have an appointment and they see you in a reasonable time. All the staff is extra courteous and treat you like family not just a number. If you have a problem they address it right away you dont have to wait and go to an urgent care.

We are blessed to have them take care of us. My wife s parents were patients of Dr. Reyes parents. Her parents were treated just like we are treated. Her parents felt Dr Reyes Sr and his wife were to them life family

Having been a patient of Dr Reyes for over 6 years now I can honestly say he and his staff are outstanding. He takes the time to get to know you, to understand your lifestyle and then apply his common sense and intelligent diagnosis and treatment plans for you. I moved over an hour away 3 years ago, and still go to see him, because his entire team rock.

I just became a patient of Dr. Danny Palmer, while it was my turn to wait on the doctor to arrive. I had a very pleasant introduction with their nurse Nicole. she was very courteous and very professional. She answered all my questions with respect and professionalism. What I like the most about her, was her smile . I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank her for making my visit a good one.

Anber Sosa is awesome. I have no complaints about him. However, the lady who just answered my call for an appointment is something else. I ran out of hypertension medication and asked for a refill. She said I had to come in to see the doc and scheduled me for 3 weeks out. When I said I'm running out of meds in two days. She told me that I was told to come in before and it not her problem.

I tried to explain to her that I've had a major crisis in the past month and she said she didn't care. She even said that my insurance wouldn't pay for a visit until after 10/30. I called my insurance and they said I see a doctor any time. So I knew she was lying. I told her that I couldn't be without my medication for 3 weeks and her response "see you on 10/30". I've been coming to this location for 10 years and never had an issue like this before. I'm appalled at the way this nurse treated me. She was callous and rude. This is not what I expect from this office.

I've been at this practice a long time, probably at least 15 years. Dr Reyes is great, however I now see the other Dr. Maselli. She is kind, truly listens, and cares about her patients. From the front desk to the lab, all of the office staff are super nice and efficient. You will have to wait, but that's healthcare in the US.

I spent years trying to find a good physician but just couldn't find the right fit. Felt like there was no care in healthcare anymore. Until someone said to me, "wanna find a good doctor, ask a doctor who they see." So I asked the staff at my GYN office and they all recommended Reyes and Reyes. I started off seeing Dayanna and she was wonderful.

One day she was out and I ended up seeing Marianna and she is just as wonderful! The entire staff is professional, attentive, responsive, and just great overall. I get my prescriptions refilled when I call and leave a message. I get called back when I ask for it. They are on top of everything. I am so happy to have found them and I'm not going anywhere, any time soon!

Great doctors and staff, wait times sometimes excessive. Would give five stars except that referral department the worst! If only they ever would answer the phone! When finally get them after going through receptionist. Promise to call back and to date never have. I've always had to call back and call back again. This time on hold 15 minutes still no answer. Receptionist came back on again and she couldn't get them either, finally she went over to find out! Still waiting! After 23 minutes an answer!

Time & communication are very important to everyone. Waiting 2.5 hours to see a doctor is NOT ok. I called with an injury and stated on the phone I need an extra on my hand. I was welcomed to come in for a visit only to be given a script to get an ex ray elsewhere. I would of preferred for the reception to have stated our facility does not provide ex-rays however it's probably a good idea to see the doctor.

Give me that option. Went in for sick visit another time and waited an hour only to sit in another room for another 1/2 hour. No sense to concern for a persons time. Time to look for a new physician.
