It was my first time here and I was not disappointed. Everyone was friendly and professional- Admin, Assistant, and the Doctor himself. They listened and answered every question I had and did it in a caring and competent manner. The office is in a nice location, spacious, clean and provides good ambiance. The equipment was state of the art. Two thumbs up!

Utah valley eye center is a unique place where all of the entire staff have good heart, very kind and dedicated. From the front desk you begin to see the wonderful and gracious attention. Dr Michael lloyd is exceptional human being, he treat you as a friend and not as a patient, great. The center is recommended without reservations

This place is fantastic! I came in with a minor eye emergency so I wasn't feeling well at all when I walked in. Immediately I was greeted by a friendly voice. She was so compassionate about my situation and so kind. Then I get into the room with the M.A. and he was the same way. Very kind and very accommodating, explaining every step of the way. Then enters the doctor.
He was very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, just like everyone else I encountered in his office. Even though my eye emergency was kind of traumatic, my experience here was sincerely wonderful. I have been going to a different eye doctor for several years, but after my experience at Utah Valley Eye Center, they will forever be my #1 eye care center for ALL of my needs. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Lisa and friends are great. She always make me and my wife feel special. I didn't need anymore sun glasses but I bought two pairs. My wife ordered a pair also. She showed me some glasses I didn't notice that worked perfectly. She has a good eye for what looks good on different face shapes. I always enjoy my time in the eye center.

I didn't take any pictures here, but if I could describe Utah Valley Eye Care in two words, it would be "caring service." This location has sleek design, what seems to be the latest technology, and wonderful staff! I walked in and was immediately received by a receptionist and an eye doctor's assistant. Each was friendly and helpful, and made sure to answer questions and anticipate my needs before I had any!
The assistant knew exactly what he was doing, and all the right things to ask. I did have to wait some time afterwards in a room by myself before the doctor came in, but when he came, Dr. Haggard was thorough in his practice and recommendations, but also so kind as to stop and learn more about me before and after our visit. Despite a busy schedule, he was sure to take some extra time getting to know me!
The priority he gives to great care and personal visits is wonderful! There is a great selection of eye care here, and I have never had a problem getting what I need on time!

I've been going to Dr. Bird for many years. I've found him to be the best eye doctor I've ever seen. His office runs efficiently. His staff are all kind and great at what they do. Dr. Bird himself is organized and keep good notes on everything he's done for you. And they have great reminders to get you back in! Also, I got a 20% discount on my contact order last time I was in! I'd recommend him to anyone!

I have been going to eye exams for twenty years and my experience with the Utah Valley Eye Center has been the best thus far. Dr. Bird was genuinely concerned with making sure I was seeing as clearly as I could. After coming in for an exam, he let me try several different options for contact lenses and each time, prompted me to come back so he could examine me. I have never seen so crisply before I met Dr. Bird. He took the extra time and office appointments and I have him to thank for my vision.

Need an eye doctor? Well even if you don't think you do you probably should go anyway. First of all they can probably make you visions a little better than it is and you probably don't even realize it. Secondly an eye exam can give a early warning to a lot of different health problems so it's worth it even for that. And your health insurance probably covers it so why wouldn't you go?
And as long as you are going you should go to a guy that knows what he is doing with a great staff. This is the place to go. And Dr Haggard is the guy to see. Then if you wind up needing to get something to help you see a bit better while driving at night they optical shop here is great.

My whole family goes to Dr. Haggard for our eye exams and he is very social, well mannered and does an complete and accurate assessment and contact or glasses prescription. However, I do not have anything good to say about their Optical Shop. Their glasses are way expensive and if they don't have any frames you like and you want your PD to go somewhere else or online, they want to charge you $10 for it.
My son did not like any of their frames so he went to get his PD from them and they wanted to charge him. I told him to go to Costco, or somewhere they are customer service orientated, not just money oriented. Charging you for your PD is ridiculous since you allready just paid for a complete eye exam. A person should have the option of taking their RX with PD to any optical place they want. I am very disappointed in this experience with them. My opinion is stay away from their optical shop.
