Spinal Interventions

For the first time in years I have hope; that after years of back pain, joint pain and pain in general, I may find relief. On my first visit, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff, followed my doctor and Dave, who made me feel as if they could help me. I have been in pain for most of my life. With my first visit to Spinal Intervention, I began to receive relief, starting with my knee. I look forward to working with this wonderful group of professionals in the weeks to come. I'm very happy my doctor referd me to them. Very impressed.

Words can't even begin to describe my love for Spinal Interventions. This place truly is an incredible medical clinic ran by great staff, administrators and have extremely kind and competent providers. From the moment you're greeted at reception, you can tell this place truly values all walks of life that come through. Spinal interventions employees and providers have great integrity and a genuine care to knowing their patients. Dr. Sanders is incredibly knowledgeable and always has a very calming demeanor.

He knows how to make anyone feel comfortable and is confident in his care plans. Overall Spinal Interventions is truly so great and I'd recommend anyone I cared for to come here for pain management.

I have been to two other pain clinics in Utah County. I've never felt included and informed like I have at Spinal Interventions. Not only has my intense pain reduced I have hope to be able to get my pain to a manageable level for the first time in 30 years, WITHOUT opiods! Thank you Dr. Donaldson and your wonderful staff!

I am going to start by saying that this medical clinic does a great job When it comes to patient care. They have actually really helped my wife. This review solely is about how terrible their communication is with her patients. You can never, ever reach anyone at any location over the phone period. Not if you're a new patient not if you're returning patient not if you have a complication from your injection. never.

All you can do to reach somebody is leave a message. Also, my wife has explicitly said multiple times in her messages that she is unavailable during specific hours because she works. She requests them to call my phone number and they won't. They just continue to call her at the hours she requested him not to. This can be incredibly frustrating trying to schedule appointments to be seen.

Spinal Interventions is AMAZING. I had COVID-19 back in November and ever since then, things have tasted and smelled like garbage. I saw Dave Smith for an office visit and Dr. Sanders gave me a stellate ganglion block. I am so relieved to be able to taste and smell things again! I really can't say enough about Dave Smith, Dr. Sanders and Spinal Interventions! Totally life changing.

The staff and providers are so wonderful here. They are so friendly and they really make you feel like they want to help and take care of you. You won't find better doctors here. I highly recommend Spinal Interventions!

I have called this place over a half dozen times over the last 2 1/2 months. Nobody will call me back! I'm going to end up going to Detroit for the Rapid Opioid Detox. It baffles that no one will return a phone call. If they are so busy that they can't return phone calls it would be nice if they told me that Signed Lost Patient -:

I've worked with Spinal Interventions for 9 years before deciding to be a full time stay at home mom. I have, and still do, recommend my family and friends to be seen at Spinal Interventions when they need help managing their chronic pain. Spinal has been the best place to work. Not only are the doctors great with their patients, but also with their staff. The administration make sure the employees are well taken care of to ensure a great working environment for both patients and employees.

I've always had a great experience here. I'm always been treated with respect. I never feel rushed. I've met with Clint, and Dr. Stringham on several different occasions, and they've been the best provider's I've seen in Utah! They really take their time to explain things, and make sure to ask if I have questions at the end. They take my insurance, and I've never had a problem with the billing.

The staff is always super friendly, and accommodating when I need to reschedule or change my appointment times. They're very caring, and I feel that they genuinely want to get me feeling better. They also now have a location in Lehi which is nice when I have to travel from work. I'm telling you, you wont be disappointed if you choose Spinal Interventions. I've recommended them to all my friends and family. They don't disappoint!

I have been very happy with my experience at Spinal Interventions. Dr. Ashley Donaldson and her staff have all been great to work with. She always asks if I have any questions regarding the procedure(s) that will be done that day and is always willing to take the time necessary to listen to me and answer any questions I might have. The receptionists and schedulers have been very easy going and accommodating for my busy schedule.

I trust Dr. Ashley Donaldson to help me to know what is the best plan for me to get relief for my back pain and I know that she cares enough to help me follow that plan. I would definitely recommend Spinal Interventions to others that are seeking relief for chronic and debilitating back pain.
