Riverwoods Imaging Center Varicose veins are enlarged veins resulting from faulty valves that allow the blood to reverse flow. Rather than bringing blood up to the heart to be recirculated, the valves allow the blood to reverse flow within the veins, causing elevated pressure in the vein. This creates a painful, throbbing, burning and/or heavy sensation in the legs, and over time damages the veins.

HORRIBLE! I would've been better off going to the emergency room. Definitely not coming back and I wouldn't recommend it either. I went in for a really bad sore throat, chills, headache and it turns out I had some fluid on both ears. The doctor on duty didn't want to prescribe any medication and told me to continue taking NyQuil/DayQuil called the next day for results on a strep test and nothing, called today Friday and still nothing. I feel like I got worse and now my left ear hurts.

While I didn't get good news while I was there I still liked my experience. I visited them on my Drs recommendation to have yearly routine tests done. The Radiologist who was on site read my scans and came right in to explain things to me. He looked 20 but took all the time I needed and explained in great detail. I would highly recommend them if you tests or Urgent Care.

The staff were friendly and patient. They answered all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed. The facility is clean and modern, and I enjoyed my visit!

Blue Rock is a modern, state of the art facility. It felt very clean and comfortable and the staff was top notch. I was greeted by friendly receptionists who were very helpful. 5 star experience

Awesome experience! I came in for a gnarly concussion I got skiing and was taken care in a very professional manner. From what I remember the facilities were great and the employees I interacted with were courteous, helpful and very kind. Thanks Blue Rock!

0 stars should be an option. I had an appt Friday morning for a covid test. I sat in my car in their basement garage in the dark for 30 minutes before I knew what was going on. I felt like I was selling a kidney on the black market. CT machine was not working so I went home after sitting in my car for 40 minutes. Their tech guy was going to fix the machine, so I called them 3 hours later to check on the status, and the best they could do was Monday morning. Thanks for the update. Things are weird enough right now, please communicate better, medical "professionals ".

They we're quick, kind, and efficient. My mom lives next door at Jamestown. Shehad cut her leg, and they took care of her and then followed up over the next week until she healed. Don't listen to the grumpy complainers. I suspect they think everyone treats them unkindly and cheats them. When a person claims to be mistreated by everyone they meet, sometimes it's the complainer and not the service provider.

My mother has had a rough year. First, she tripped, flour, and broke her hip on Black Friday. She worked hard and was getting around better than anyone thought she would. Then in April she bent down to pick something up and hurt her back. She was in excruciating pain and was taken to the emergency room in Arizona. They couldn't see anything wrong and told her to go home and take some ibuprofen.

My Mom was a CNA for many years and knew something more was wrong. They careful he drove her to Utah so that I could take her to see Dr. Wendell Gibby at Blue Rock Medical. He took a look at her MRI and saw a compression fracture in her spine along with some disc herniations. Dr Gibby was very kind and spent time explaining everything to her. He recommended a lumbar epidural steroid injection.

It began helping her within a few days and she was able to start getting around. She was so happy to be relieved of pain and it gave her back time to start healing. She calls Dr. Gibby her miracle worker!

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my mother here for an ultrasound for a possible blood clot. While we were in the waiting room there was one other patient, his doctor came out and started discussing his private medical information where I could clearly hear him. After waiting in the exam room for more than hour past our scheduled appointment (keep in mind there was only one other patient there) I asked how much longer we would be waiting.

They didn't even know we were back there. I actually startled the nurse when I came out of the room because they had forgotten we were there. When doctor Gibby finally came in I asked him if it normally took more than an hour after a set appointment to be seen. My asking this clearly offended him because he told me I was welcome to wait in the waiting room.

I declined and he began the exam. My 2yr old was with me and was talking, as babies do, when Dr Gibby told us to leave. I gathered my things and said we were here to support my mother. When I left the room he told my mother, some support she was. We will never go back here.

There is a reason for all the 1 star reviews. I do not recommend this medical center to anyone. The staff were unkind to me and misdiagnosed me after I insisted what the problem was. The low quality care is not worth the hassle of going.

I wouldn't recommend it. The procedure was fine but the staff, rude. I did not receive my billing letters that they say they sent out. Which I understand can happen sometimes. But I also did not receive a phone call or voicemail before finding out that they had sent a $100 bill to collections. I gave them a call to ask what happened and the lady at billing was incredibly rude and unempathetic. She told me to call the agency and that there is nothing she will do and was not kind about it. It's enough that I won't be coming back.

Extremely slow. When I finally was seen by the nurse practitioner, she was fairly rude. It took so long to get my test results back that I had to go in and get them in person. The only redeeming aspect of this place is the receptionist, who was kind and accomodating! But don't waste your time here.

Urgent Care was SLOW and there was no one to attend to you. When they did, they charged you for just looking. Worthless. Don't bother with this place. I was very unsatisfied. Don't even think about paying with cash because they don't even have change.
