Most competent doctors in the field. They look at the big picture. Their office staff are extremely friendly and caring. They look for ways to make sure you have a good experience! Well worth my 1 1/2 drive to see them. I won't go anywhere else! Love IVC!

I have had three vein treatments at IVC. The doctors and staff have always been friendly and comforting, especially with the first vein ablation. They explained exactly what they were going to do and helped me to know what to expect each step they took. I would highly recommend them. I took the advice of a friend by going to them, and she did not steer me wrong.

My wife was treated at IVC. The difference it has made in her quality of life has been amazing. The recovery was quick. I wish we had visited with them earlier. It would have resolved the pain she has been dealing with for 20+ years. It was all resolved within 2 weeks of her treatment.

I can not say enough good things about IVC. They are very knowledgeable in pelvic vein disease. Kelly Thorpe was very patient in answering all my questions prior to my embolization and explained everything impeccably. Everyone the day of embolization was so great. Loved my nurse! I've since had another small procedure and was in and out within 45 minutes. All the ultrasound techs that I have met at very personable and knowledgeable.

Got to my appt that I had to schedule months prior and they tell me my appt was canceled. I received no texts or calls from them. Now I'm at the end of the year and they can't get me in until 2022. Terrible service!

Waste of time and $450. Don't bother with their free screenings, it's a scam. We went one year ago for a free screening and they said it was borderline for being an issue, so we should come back again after a year to see if there was any deterioration. We come back the next year and they do the exact same test, but this time they tell us there's no issues that they can treat.

The only difference was that the first time was a free screening, the second time we were being billed. Edit: The response from the business says that a billed appt includes "more service" and justifies the cost, but the initial free screening also had an ultrasound and consultation with the provider, as far as I could tell it was the exact same procedure. But instead of telling us that there's no problems, they told us to come back in another year so they could bill us for a needless procedure.

It took me months to get in to see Dr. Nielsen, but when I arrived to my appointment I didn't see the doctor. I met with an ultrasound tech and a nurse. They don't tell you that you won't be seeing the doctor when you make your appointment. I've had leg pain, leg heaviness, swelling, burning, throbbing, cramping, itching and skin discoloration around my veins.

I have some blue veins that have popped up on my shins. I have to wear support hose every day. My primary care doctor referred me to a vein specialist. The nurse that met with me after the ultrasound on both of my legs told me that my veins are fine. She told me to see a dermatologist or go back to my primary care doctor for blood work because I could have an auto-immune disease like lupus.

This experience was hands down the worst "specialist" and doctors office experience I've ever had. I would never recommend this office or staff to anyone. Completely irresponsible advice and suggestion of lupus. I will be seeing my primary care doctor and a second opinion from a vascular surgeon. Wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time with this facility.

I had 2 consultations with the IVC and decided to get a second opinion and I was glad I did. There were a few things that didn't feel quite right about the IVC. One, you never see a doctor during your visits. You see the nurses and then meet with a physicians assistant. No offense but they are just not as trained and knowledgeable! Two, I feel like the IVC is more a cookie cutter place and recommends all the same things to every patient instead of truly looking into the actual issues of the patient.

I had similar symptoms as pelvic congestion but they never truly verified that I had pelvic congestion. I never heard back from a doctor at the IVC to hear their results from my CT scan. I went to see an actual vascular surgeon who immediately looked at my CT Scan and sent me to the top Radiology Specialist to have him review it. The Radiology specialist was able to tell me exactly what I had.

Both doctors I saw agreed that if I had the venogram and the coil surgery the way the IVC said they do it, it could have been dangerous for me as they could get loose and go to my lungs. My Iliac vein was too large to treat in that way. Third, the radiology techs at the IVC who do your leg scans seem too young and unknowledgeable. The vascular surgeon I later saw said he could not understand the IVC leg scan report, it didn't make sense and I agreed while getting it it was not done as thoroughly and accurately as it should.

The IVC tech even didn't have a clue to the name of a vein I mentioned.? I have had a ton of leg scans over the years so I have a little bit of an idea on how they should go. I had both legs rescanned with another radiologist at St Marks hospital ordered by the vascular surgeon. It was very thorough and they got much different results. I'm sure my vein issues would have improved with the leg surgeries I would have had at the IVC.

If you remove bad veins your symptoms should improve. But it would not have been done right and in the case of my pelvic pain could have been catastrophic. I just highly recommend seeing an actual Vascular Surgeon and always get a second opinion!

The staff at IVC is incredible! I had a situation arise that concerned me I had something serious going on and the IVC team got me in same day. I was able to meet with the team and luckily didn't have anything serious that they could find which gave me great comfort. The professionalism of the staff and the sincere care they showed even during these crazy times with COVID made me feel very confident in the team.

I appreciate that I had a relationship with IVC having been tested prior for varicose veins and knowing that I could call upon their knowledge and expertise in a time when I thought i had something more serious going on with my veins. Thanks IVC Team!
