K STAT Urgent Care

It's my first time to use the urgent care and I am fortunate enough to choose KSTAT. From the staff to the doctor, everyone is very friendly. Dr. Hinkin is unparalled. Words cannot convey how grateful we are, he is extremely experienced, patient, thoughtful and professional. Strongly recommended urgent care and doctor!

The person who examined my son just asked me about different test suggestions. I denied the tests. And other test result (flue) took a long time to get a result. She asked a few questions to me but not mentioned about how to take care for my child's sickness when we are done with seeing her. She seemed to be frustrated and so cold. I don't suggest this clinic. Felt like went there only for the test result.

There is no communication except suggestions for new test suggestions. I wonder it related to money? No tender care whatsoever just handed in papers to read. I remembered that what she mentioned about "Mono" and I talked to my husband because he is a nurse. He said "That's strange that mono is common for teenager and young adult." I clicked goole and he was right about mono because my son is only 7 years old. I Wonder about her qualifications for treating symptoms for people in clinic.

Both times i've been to k+stat i've had a great experience! the doctors and nurses are well educated and informed and so helpful and kind. they never make me feel uncomfy or scared : highly recommend especially when the wait is short

I went to KSTAT on Christmas Eve. I was so happy they were open and were happy to be doing their jobs the day before Christmas. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was tested for Covid was happy that came back negative. So just a cold / flu. Stuff. I still missed having any Christmas with family. But my wonderful husband took good care of me. But me and my husband are so very thankful that your service was there when we needed it.

Thank each and everyone of you for the wonderful work you do. Without all of you the rest of us would be in a world of hurt. May your New Year be less stressful and beck to a normal before Covid. Great place great service! Thank You!

I had a pleasant experience here; the front desk ladies were super nice. I found the online wait list very convenient and easy to use. I was seen towards the end of the night on what seemed like a very busy day for them and didn't feel like they were rushing and skipping over anything due to how late it was. The doctor was also really nice and patient. Thank you!

I am not Dr. Mom, but tried to play the part today. My 12-year old son has been battling cold, flu, pneumonia, ear infection, YUCK like symptoms for weeks. I finally took him to the Manhattan K-Stat this AM. They were AWESOME! The attitude of everyone down to a guy that had a tape measure out to perform maintanace in the building was super. We were worried that he was not going to feel well for the Christmas weekend.

I felt like with the attention he got, we recieved THE BEST care. All involved took time and used his name over and over and made him feel like they wanted him symptom free quickly. I appreciated the attention to detail and time that the staff put in even though it looked to me like they were SWAMPED. Attitude and attention was a priority for them today. I could not be happier with their services. and he feels much better this evening!

Daughter went to urgent care on Monday. She felt horrible. Tested her for covid and strep but failed to test for mono even though she informed them she lived in close quarters with someone who had a bad case of mono. Without any documented issue she had to take a final on Tuesday and was in no condition to do so. She was tested for mono today and surprise.positive!

In my experience coming to urgent care Molly Mathis has always been a voice I remember on the phone when I have called, as well as coming in to the clinic. Molly is patient, relatable, and understanding. She has always been helpful to answer, and address any questions I have had in the past. I appreciate all of the K-STAT Urgent Care Staff, as they have always made sure that my health concerns are their top priority.

I know that when I need to be seen for any medical reason, I always refer back to K-STAT, and that is and always will be my first choice of where I want to be seen out of all the other medical facilities in the surrounding Manhattan area. K-STAT has always taken wonderful care of my personal medical health. The entire K-STAT team, as well as the Providers, MA's, Nurses, Techs, Receptionists, and all other team members have always made sure myself & other patients health related needs are their #1 top priority and for that I am very grateful.

I would recommend to anyone I know to go to K-STAT, and I can say that very confidently. I have received nothing but the best from my visits at this facility and I plan to return to them if I ever have any medical needs that I need help with in the future.

Consistently disappointed. I was one of the first appointments of the day visiting due to congestion, fever, and most importantly welts on my neck that developed the night before. I waited from 8:00 - 10:45. Not in the lobby, but in the personal rooms. Beth H. Tolentino was no help at all. She had no regard for time, how I was feeling, and did not offer advice.

When examining my welts, she expressed concern said she would be back quickly to take a picture and get the other PA. After an hour and 15 minutes Beth returned and said nothing about my welts. When I asked her she said her camera was broken and the other PA was busy. She did not offer advice or even try to explain what could be wrong. She was slow, no help, and very unprofessional. I have never been so disappointed. Just don't go.
