Konza Prairie Community Health Center

This this is for the DENTAL- I made an appointment in May for June as a new patient. By itself, this was a complicated task. The communication within this office may be among the poorest I've seen. My original appointment was for a certain time. The morning of the appointment I get a call saying the dentist had to leave on emergency but they could still see me - it would be with a different provider.

That's fine. I'm a new patient anyway. The lady on the phone tells me I can come in as early as 1pm - earlier than my original appointment. I reschedule my day to fit this in. I get there 10 min early, and I check in. At no point was I alerted to any issues. 15 min past the new time I get called to the des, k, where they tell me that there's been a mistake and they moved me up on the schedule on accident and they couldn't see me.

How is it an accident when someone called me, and I had verbal communication and a VM confirming my 1pm appointment? She said it was a mistake and asked if I could come back at the original time. I do not live locally, the original time was set for a later time, and I took time to rearrange my schedule for this appointment. There was nothing they could do, except blame someone else for making a mistake.

Even though they had plenty of time to correct it. This will not be a place I recommend. It was a complete waste of time, and gas and resources. Also, I learned a lot about patients when the desk staff were speaking very loudly about patients, their problems and procedures, etc. while the patients weren't even present.

Very pleasant experience. Had not been since Covid started and Pinky did a fabulous, thorough cleaning. Very efficient, pleasant, and very easy to use my discount plan which saved me substantially over the local dentist I had used in the past. Am so glad I tried Konza in J.C. Will be back for Dr Pratt to do some additional work. He did a wonderful repair on a chipped tooth previously, and I'm glad to have him available to finish some additional repair work soon. Great dental care that doesn't make me feel anxious!

Amazing staff! They always treat my family with the upmost respect, schedule us efficiently, and always are making sure we are taken care of. I don't remember her name but the receptionist in the second window of check in is the most kind and respectful woman! Very pleased with Konza Prairie!

My four year old had a small filling today. It went amazingly well. Dr Pratt was so kind and explained everything to her. His instruments all had fun names and he even sang along to the frozen soundtrack while working in her mouth. She had a shot and didn't even notice or squirm once because they numbed the area with a topical anesthetic first. I was really impressed with how well everything went.

It seemed as though his dental hygienist was new and he spoke very Kindly and explained what he needed with extra grace. So thankful that this experience went so well today! My other daughter has had fillings from Dr Pratt and she's always had a good experience.

Dr. Ballingham and his staff are wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable and are just super friendly and professional. The checkin staff are very welcoming and friendly too. I truly appreciate them all.

Dr B and his assistants Casey and Jasmin are the absolute best they make it comfortable AND MOST IMPORTANTLY SAFE to work with. Dentist are scary to most people not with them they make sure you are ALWAYS NUMBER ONE! THE GET THE ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE.IS WITH DR.BALLINGHAM, CASEY AND JASMIN IS THE WAY TO GO. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH.

Every time I go there, the therapists, nurses, and receptionists were so helpful. I always feel like there people taking care of patients. Always clean and tidy up inside the clinic. They are very good take care of Covid. Every time we go to their entrance, the receptionist asked me that do I have any symptoms of Covid. Also they have a sanitizers everywhere. I feel very safe. I highly recommend this clinic.

Behavior health patient here. Chandler and the front desk staff are beyond amazing. Appointments are easy and if you have a busy schedule like myself, you can have an appointment on video call! They are always willing to help!

Dr Taylor Pratt is by far the best dentist I've ever had! His team, Darcy and others, are so happy and pleasant! I thought I would have to wait for the help I needed but Dr Pratt made sure I was taken care of promptly and I got the best resulting care! Thank you so much! I couldn't express more how much I absolutely recommend their services!

So generally when going to the dentist I'm let's say a little anxious and on edge, we'll today was no different for me when I walked in and checked in I was feeling those old feelings I always get when sitting there awaiting my turn to go sit in the back and begin the horrible experience about to be inflicted on me when I happened to meet this sweet little girl who somehow knew I needed her to at that moment even before I knew I needed her.

She began talking to me and I was just trying to be polite as I wasn't in a mood for anything but getting out of the dentist office but she persisted and kept chatting with me and suddenly the whole office was watching and whispering and giggling at her and I, apparently we made quite a pair the two of us did. She was an angle who looked at me saw nothing but a new friend and I was so smitten with the experience that I forgot all the bad I was feeling about why I was there.

And then she had to leave and I was a bit sad but I know she was there for a reason! She was my saving grace today she calmed me and took care of me not knowing she was doing so and I am eternally grateful to the cute little angle for that precious 15 minutes, she even called me Santa!
