Awful. Rude receptionist. Had 930 appointment. It is 1030, still waiting to see dr. The 2 people ahead of me signing in also put down 930 as appointment time. There is only 1 dr here. How can she see 3 patients at same time?Still waiting. Will have to see if can find another dr my insurance will cover

GREAT. Dr. Randolph is so professional, but at the same time she is compassionate and caring. I walked with pain for years. I saw other doctors over my problem with no relief. She done surgery and now When I walk NO PAIN. She is good. The receptionist and nurse. 5 STARS. They are the sweetest, most caring, comforting ladies you will ever meet. You will be extremely happy with the service and care you receive!

If you are reading this and are questioning where to go for a podiatrist, look no further. Dr. Randolph is so sweet and caring! I was having difficulty accepting that I even needed to go see a podiatrist and I hate needles. She genuinely cared about me, was so sweet, and at the same time was very honest and informative about what was to take place.
Even when I broke down bawling, she understood. The staff was so kind and helpful, too! Bonus, I was in and out in an hour, including getting my toe numbed and fixed. I will always recommend her to anyone who is having issues.

Dr. Aaron Perkins is who I seen today for ingrown toenails I've had for about a year. He was sooooo sweet. I believe his blood is sugar he's so sweet. He talked me through the whole process. He told me every step before he done it he was very compassionate and loves his job. I highly recommend him and his staff. I was so terrified and he calmed me down very quickly. If I ever have anymore problems he will definitely be who I see

Seems to be a helpful and effective foot doctor. He got me to wearing an AZ Orthotics inner shoe that costs $900 and $200 out of pocket but I have to say, it's been helpful to my foot problems. He may seem a little rude at times but you have to look at the big picture of how he treats your foot problems that matter more than anything else. One other foot MD I was going to never amounted to much at all as far as my foot issues were concerned. This guy (Dr Perkins) has been more of a help.

I would highly recommend Dr. Perkins for all of your foot and ankle needs. Dr. Perkins is very professional, prompt, and makes sure all of your needs and concerns are met in a timely manner. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable in their positions within the office. Dr. Perkins and his staff will definitely take care of all your foot and ankle needs. They are a team who shows they care in how they interact with their patients.

I reside in NY, but am currently visiting down here in TN which I frequently do. I recently sustained a foot injury situation and was subsequently highly recommended by First Assist Urgent Care (Johnson City, TN) to seek treatment at the Foot & Ankle Center(Doctor Aaron W. Perkins Jr), located at 1303 Sunset Dr # 6, Johnson City, TN. Upon my first arrival, Dr Perkins and his medical staff, Sherry and Dawn, were amazing and automatically make you feel better as soon as you enter their facility!
Very kind, considerate and an overall pleasant experience! Dr Perkins was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable & relaxed throughout the appointments and subsequent medical treatment and resolution of my injury issue! My entire experience was beyond positve. I am grateful to Dr Perkins, and would like to very much say Thank You to him. And Sherry and Dawn, Thank You also (I cheerfully think of those Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons songs 'Sherry' and 'Dawn').
