These folks have went the extra mile for us, as my wife is recovering post covid. I highly recommend this business. They are very thorough and caring!

While I've had good care there, my main concern is that they don't answer the phone. If you want to make an appointment, need Rx, or lab results, you have to text them.

I have been a patient of Beth's for over 8 years and she is great. I can always depend on her. Sometimes it tough to get them by phone but email and they are speedy.

I have never had a Dr or Nurse Practitionet give me their full attention to the degree "Dr Beth" did. Shes very experienced with 10 years ER experience, and after listening carefully she figured out what meds I needed to feel better. No rushing you through like a number in Boones Creek Medical! I have been going to Boones Creek Medical for years, Amber is the best I will not see anyone else, her team truly cares about you and your health if I have a problem she gets to the bottom of it. I have appointment time I am in within 10.minutes of getting there.her team will call me and check on me if I am sick.great people great place.

Beth is an outstanding provider. She listens. She's open-minded. I've never had a negative experience at BCM.

Beth is wonderful. She has always been concerned about my well being. You tell her problems she gets on it right away. Awesome staff.

They never, ever answer the phone, the wait time (for a prescheduled appointment) is ALWAYS at least an hour, maybe longer. They have consistently failed to diagnose even the simplest problems (sinus infection. come on) which leads to me having to miss more work to come back so they can rediagnose. Go somewhere else.:

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was only a patient about a year and it was one bad experience after another. My first visit I seen Beth because I had suddenly became paralyzed in my left arm. Because I had been in pain management more than 5 years she wanted nothing to do with finding out why and told me to go to them even though they only manage pain not diagnose it. Turns out there was mass effect on nerve root at c4_-c6.

My family had been going there for 5 years and really liked it so I stayed giving her another chance. I started having stomach pain and felt a huge knot, baseball size. With that I was keeping a brown coat on my tongue with a horrible taste I could only describe as something rotting or dead. This went on for several months with her treating me for thrush and it only getting worse.

She finally ordered ultra sound of entire belly except for where the knot and pain was. I ended up in hospital with a hernia that caused bowel blockage. I now live on a mostly soft or liquid diet and may have to the rest of my life because my lungs are too bad too have surgery where if it had been caught earlier I may could have had it done. feel like even though I never asked Beth for pain medication I was judged because I was in pain management. I endured smart remarks from her anytime I went to see her. I am disabled with several chronic health issues including being on oxygen for last 8 years.

Beth, Amber, Angie, and the entire staff are wonderful. I started going there over 6 years ago as a walk in clinic and Beth quickly became my PCP. They are caring, compassionate and professional.

These ladies are very sweet. I also love that they carry my Blink primer and mascara!
