Sorry but not sorry! I was referred by a good friend. Because I have a choice where I get services performed, it's my choice. I had the consultation over the phone doctor was very nice explained probably everything I know I needed but I know my finances. So I explained what I wanted done. I was determined to come here. So I accidentally emailed them instead of another office that I was also recommended for services. Bri, emailed me back which was fine.

Well I called this afternoon explained how confused I was and wanted to set up an appointment to get this going. Bri, first words were you emailed us I told you that I'm my last email. My Lord my peers were listening in on the conversation and couldn't believe the customer service I was receiving. I just said thank you for your services goodbye! I was just calling to set up an appointment like the doctor had asked me to. Everyone is important! I'm glad everyone else had better customer service here.

Trying to get my 50% refund on a surgery that I cancelled due to illness which I am entitled to based on the contract I signed. The amount is over 5K. Emails and phone calls have been fruitless. Bree, one of the "ladies" answering his phone was super snarky on the phone today. Receptionists don't speak like that to patients unless it is sanctioned from above.

When my husband calls, rudeness is their preferred method of communication. This is my opinion based on my direct experience. One of the reasons that I did not reschedule the surgery with this Dr. is that the ladies who spoke to me were so dismissive of my illness, insensitive to my current situation, and downright threatening. I thought to myself, "Do I really want to go under anesthesia with a Doctor who would tolerate his staff bullying a patient? " Scary right?

So now I must struggle to get my hard earned money back. My last name is Jimenez, Dr. Kotoske. So please don't say you don't know me as you have with other reviews. This is not a competitor.

I was recommended to Dr Kotoske from my mom who used him for a cosmetic surgery in the past. With covid in tact and only being able to do phone consultations I was extremely nervous to have a breast augmentation done. Especially never meeting Dr in person. But I will say, the office staff was amazing, his nurses are amazing and the day of (and thereafter) he exceed all my expectations and completely nailed what I was looking for based off pictures of my breasts alone. At 4 months post-op I am so happy with my results and regret nothing. I highly recommend him and his office. Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this Dr. I have been to him more than once and I've never even considered going anywhere else. Only thing is he's been an hour late for the last 3 appointments they have scheduled. It's pretty bad.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Kotoske in 2018. He botched my nose really bad. Uneven nostrils and crooked nose, he even left a bump on th bridge of my nose. I wish I never went to him. I am so insecure now. Do not go to this doctor! Worst decision of my entire life. Now I have to go get a revision rhinoplasty somewhere else.

Dr. Kotoske and his staff are simply put, AMAZING! Dr. Kotoske has amazing bedside manner, is up to date on the newest techniques and is at the top of his surgical game. His staff is fantastic and extremely helpful through the surgical process. Thank you!

I have been to Dr katowski's facility a number of times he is absolutely an amazing guy besides being a great doctor his skills are unmatched obviously I love his work and I will always come back when I need any thing he is truly a great plastic surgeon and in all around great guy and the staff is amazing the girls are wonderful very professional!

I'm following up on my first couple months of surgery, and wanted to share my experience with Dr. Kotoske. From the moment we had our consultation, he answered all my questions and ensured I was prepared for surgery. I was really nervous before as I've never undergone surgery like this, but he and his team were very thorough and kind - the bedside manners were amazing.

Surgery went extremely smoothly, and I could not be happier with my results. Dr. Kotoske made sure my breast augmentation looks natural and fits my body. I could not recommend him enough to anyone who's reading this. If you're debating on getting work done by him, I strongly suggest it! 11 years ago dr Kotoske did my breast implants. I was very happy with them and they stayed how we wanted them for the entirety of that time frame! I recently went back for a new set of breast implants and I was extremely impressed. They were clear in expectations, timely, and had a covid protocol set up to where everyone was tested before coming into contact.

What I appreciated most was the friendliness of the staff and the extra mile each of them went to make me feel comfortable. I am not good with medical things and I faint, and they all were very kind and patient with me. The young lady who did my tests and helped me before I saw the Dr was extremely kind and helped put my mind at ease, the girl who helped me before surgery get prepared was reassuring and calming, the anesthesiologist was informative and kind, and Dr Kotoske again did the surgery with great results. I am very grateful for the team he has and what they have done for me. Thank you!

I had liposuction done by Dr. Kotoske and I couldn't be happier. He gave me a natural look with a toned stomach. You would never know I had anything done and I look better than I have since having kids. From start to finish it was a great experience. I was well informed about what to expect, given supplements to boost healing, and very little pain. I would recommend him to anyone!

At first the front desk staff seemed a bit unorganized and I was getting worried. When I had my consultation with Dr. kotoske he was knowledgeable and gave me the confidence I needed to proceed with surgery. As soon as my surgery time came, Dr. kotoske's surgery staff (different from front desk, nurses anesthesiologists etc) made me feel so comfortable and were so understanding of my nerves.

They explained everything and I didn't go into surgery without all my questions being answered. Dr. Kotoske gave me realistic expectations, even allowed me to FaceTime my husband in the surgery room before surgery so he could know all the info too. I am now a week post op and I am amazed at my results I can't thank Dr. kotoske enough and his surgery staff. So so so happy!

Please read this if you are wanting a rhinoplasty. i'm am writing this review for the sole purpose of making sure no one else makes the same mistake i did. i am not writing it with hatred but simply to warn others. what's done is done for me but please if you want a rhinoplasty go somewhere else. it is worth it to pay extra to go somewhere that will give you the nose you dreamed of and aren't embarrassed of. this review is long over due but i am hoping someone will read it and listen. i had my nose done about 2 years ago so my nose is completely healed for sure. i kept telling myself maybe it's just swollen or that it would get better but it never did get better. my nose from the front is very uneven and looks crooked and there is a large bump on the left side of my nose that no amount of makeup can contour out.

For two whole years i have hated my new nose more than my old nose. i have never been so self conscious in my life. i didn't notice just how self conscious i was until i realized i have not taken any pictures for two years because every picture i take i hate because of my nose. please take this review into consideration when you are trying to pick a doctor for a rhinoplasty, i cannot stress it enough how horrible it is to hate your nose more after you pay to have it fixed.

The experience from beginning to end was wonderful! The staff is so sweet and always there to answer your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Kotoske for any cosmetic or surgical needs. He was very informative about every detail. He is an extremely knowledgeable and, skilled surgeon. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! What a wonderful experience and fabulous results! I was referred to Dr. Kotoske by a good friend, as my previous doc (who I'd seen for a few years) moved out of state. Dr. K and his staff are ahh-mazing and have such a beautiful space. While I haven't had any procedures other than fillers/injections, this will be the only place I consider when the time comes to get others done because Dr. K is amazing at what he does. I've already referred friends to Body By Kotoske and I will continue to be a long time client.

L can't believe all the negative reviews. I waited for over a decade to get a breast augmentation from any surgeon because I was nervous that it might not turn out as good as my natural breast already are. I was looking for perfect symmetry and I noticed that many didn't have that as I looked through their gallery, I went through Dr Kotaskes gallery and I noticed that he improved every breast pictured on his side so I consulted with Dr Kotaskes after meeting with many other people and after meeting with Dr Kotaskes I felt very comfortable with allowing him to go through with my breast augmentation.

He seemed very professional he has a great personality, his staff is wonderful his facility is clean and he seemed very thorough. in April 2018 I woke up from my surgery and he informed me that he gave me a little more CC than I Had asked for (525cc) and he gave me 590cc and I'm very glad that he did because not only am I very happy with my breast, I am happier than I ever thought I would be.

He did such a perfect job and symmetry is exactly what I got. I am a dancer and I see breast all day and I honestly believe I have a masterpiece on my chest, he didn't ruin already nice that he only made them better. I see all these negative reviews and I didn't go for a rhinoplasty or a facelift so I'm not sure about all that but as far as implants he did it absolute perfect job for me and I am happy as can be.

He did my friends boobs 10 years ago and her still look fabulous as well. Sorry for everyone else on these reviews it seems to have a bad experience I guess it's just like pulling straws and I'm glad I got the right straw thank you Dr Kotaskes for give me the best titties in the city

Dr. Kotoske did my breast augmentation in 2003, he did an amazing job. My breasts still look amazing, the scars are barely noticeable when I look for them and no one ever believes me when I say I have implants. I told him I wanted to look natural and balance out my hips so I wasn't so pear shaped. Dr. Kotoske is an artist. I have had no problems whatsoever with my implants and get regular mammograms but when I go to get them replaced I will definitely be going back to Dr. Kotoske.

I'm writing this review after referring Dr. Kotoske to a friend and getting feedback he actually had bad reviews. I had a breast augmentation done in late 2013 by Dr. Kotoske. What people need to realize when they have plastic surgery is that we are ALL individuals. Our bodies react differently then others. We take the risk of scarring when we have plastic surgery.

A lot of it also has to do with after care. If we aren't by the book on the after care of the investment we made to have plastic surgery, it's not fair to blame the doctor. I chose Dr. Kotoske because I was afraid of scarring. I saw some amazing after photos and was incredibly impressed with the minimal scarring I saw on his patients. Well, my genes have keloids in them. my mom gets them, my aunt gets them, my grandmother gets them.

I got them. I knew it was possible and it still happened. I could have taken care of them better too. Guess what? Not Dr. Kotoske's fault! Here I am 5.5 years later and I'm incredibly thrilled with my breasts. They are shaped perfectly and he made them the perfect size. They have settled nicely and although yes I still have scarring under my breast, you can't see them unless I lift my breasts up and point them out! I've been told I have the best looking breasts, they look completely natural and no one knows unless I tell them. I saw Dr. John Diaz for my rhinoplasty but Dr. Kotoske is Arizona's finest breast augmentation doctor and he also gave me a military discount. Thank you Dr. Kotoske!

This is an update to a lower facelift I had with Dr Kotoske 2 1/2 years ago. I actually look worse than when I arrived before the surgery. Look at the sagging jowls and the hanging skin on my lower jaw. It looks awful.see the current photos of what it looks like now. I am also posting a photograph of what my Jawline looked like 1 year before the surgery.horrified by what a mess he's created for me.

I had my breast augmentation April 2018. He did a fantastic job. He listened to my questions, gave honest answers, made sure we were on the same page, and also ensured a natural result for my body frame. He is truly an artist! I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Kotoske! You will not be disappointed!

I wish I had never gotten my breast augmentation done. I have a huge indent in my chest wall where you can actually feel my ribs through my skin under the insertion. Not to mention how unattractive is this when I'm intimate?! When I try to make early morning appointments due to my work/child schedule it gets canceled and I'm told I can ONLY make afternoon appointments.

If I do get an early morning appointment I sit in the waiting room for over an hour. The only reason I'm given is "he's in surgery. We can't help his schedule." Update: 3 hours after posting my review the doctor himself called me and asked me to take this review down. "I bust my ass for my patients. The fact that you can just post something like this is ridiculous." Even after his unprofessional phone behavior I agreed to meet him to have my issue evaluated.

Upon meeting with the physician: he spent a minute or so telling me the issue was normal. Then literally got in my face, belittling me, and demanded that I take my Yelp review down. He then went on to tell me about all his professional achievements and that he cans help the behavior of his office staff. I walked to my car in tears. The physician and his staff could all use a class on compassion and customer service.

Sad to say I will not be following up at this office for my 1 year appointment. This office came with high recommendation from a friend. Turns out she is having issues now as well.

Horrible experience and regret have him do my breast augmentation and tummy tuck. This has been such a nightmare!

If I could give this dr a negative 5,I would. He is the worst doctor I have ever came across. I've had one surgery by him and another to try to fix what he did by him. He can't fix what he did wrong, but other doctors can for triple the price. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy.

Dr Kotoske presents very knowledgeable and confident with an excellent bed side manner! I am excited to see my results soon!

I've never been more insecure after my breast augmentation. Dr. Kotoske said he was going to make a small incision under my breast and there would be minimal scaring. After 2 years and 2 years of torture applying scar cream, the scar is still there and very noticeable. Dr. Kotoske did not achieve my desired size. Since the saline he put in was small (300CC), my breast does not hide my incision scar.

My scars show when I wear a bikini or a bra. So I have to wear a one piece bikini and a bra like corset. And the sad part is. I was natural a 32B, and I still fit into a 32B. It just looks "fuller" on top now. His staff never offered to give me the silicon inserts to put into my bra to see which CC I wanted. He just asked me what my ultimate bra size I wanted to achieve and being it was my first time.

I just said D cups? Thinking that would be HUGE. NOPE. $5200 later, I walked out with 32B still. I went back a year later and explained my struggles and my heart break but he was still going to charge me an arm and a leg. My sister and best friend got their breast done after me at a different doctor and their breast are beautiful. They had it inserted through the nipple and there is absolutely no scarring.

They are extremely happy. I finally was able to pay off my breast augmentation and now I have to save to get another one done just so I can hide my scars. I'm really embarrass and hurt with my entire experience.

I waited over a hour for my appointment. When I finally went back they took pictures right away after asking what I wanted. While I waited for the doctor I looked at a photo book that had old pictures in it. When the doctor finally made it in he shook my hand with a death grip and had his shirt open like he was John Travolta. He was short and did not even apologize for being so late.

I received my consult for my tummy tuck and left. The pricing was great because the surgery was done in house but that is it. I have been on other consultations and they were externally nice even called to follow up! Everyone in this office was clearly done up with surgery and had no sense of what customer service truly is. Needless to say I gave my thousands to forma plastic surgery Also just a heads is he is not board certified in plastic surgery he is a nose and throat doctor!

I had a surgery about four months ago. The staff there is wonderful. It is very easy to talk to everyone, even half naked. I do recommend making your appointment on a day off when you have time though. They are always super busy and you may get in fast or wait awhile. At first I was upset with my waiting time, but then I was the patient behind closed doors, and my frustrations went away.

I now know the time he spends with others, he also spends with me. Hopefully I don't need anything else done, but if so I would never go else where. I am always telling people about Dr. K, and his amazing staff.
