We have been receiving services from Dr. Steven Battaglia for many years and have followed his relocations. His staff is very caring, organized and professional. My son has special needs and a unique trust with Dr. Steve and Dr. Paul and he knows he is in good hands. I am very appreciative for the caring interest and expertise they provide. They definitely care about all their patients.

Facility is nice and clean. Paul Fruhner the PA did a wonderful job. Minus one star for the scheduling as i went to get a check up for tinnitus and all they did was to look in my ear and throat, my Primary Doctor could have done that. Then i have to come back the next day to get an audio test. they could have atleast schedule me to do all of it in one day.

Literally the most unorganized and unempathetic staff. I waited over 3 months to get an appointment and when I saw the doctor they told me everything looked fine with my ear. Told me to do an audio test there. Couldn't do it the same day. Had to wait another month to get in. Took a day off of work and was called the same day as my appt just an hour before to tell me my appt had to be cancelled because the audiologist wasn't available and they wouldn't have someone for another month. Asked for a referral which I later got in the mail denied by my insurance because someone in the office entered the wrong code on the referral for a hearing aid instead of a hearing test. Very unapologetic about the whole sitaion.

I had a very large polyp removed from my sinus cavity and I could not be more pleased with the procedure. Dr Battaglia was very patient and explained the entire procedure. He then warned me in advance of anything he was doing that might cause even the slightest discomfort. We were done in 15 minutes with almost no pain, and I can now breathe better than I have in decades. Get the procedure done, you won't regret it!

Dr. Steven Battaglia is a highly skilled, analytical, compassionate surgeon. I have been his patient for five years and am extremely fortunate to be under his care. He is conscientious of my continued health, and is wonderful to speak with at every appointment. It is rare to find a doctor that combines such care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.

His staff are always helpful and kind. They ensure appointments for all procedures run smoothly, from surgical to office follow-ups. Being greeted with a genuine smile and true concern for how you are doing does so much! The office is overseen with professionalism and a high standard of care. I cannot recommend Dr. Battaglia highly enough.

I don't usually give a 5 star review with today's specialist; but, HENTHNS was spot on! 10 congress is a convenient location with parking; and the office staff was efficient and responsive. Dr Taylor was personable and actually listened. Ear issue was resolved; and schedule a 3 mth follow up. I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this practice.

Went in for earwax removal. Procedure performed by P.A. Michelle (?), efficiently, thoroughly, and with care to not cause any undue pain. Concerns about follow up care, severity of mild hearing loss, and alternative treatments for hearing loss progression addressed. All questions were answered completely & honestly. Their concern for their patients well being was impressive. Office atmosphere was calm & soothing. LOVE the artwork pieces by Dr. Battaglia in the waiting room area!

Dr. Battaglia was recommended to me by my OB and I couldn't have been more impressed. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. From the time you enter the office you're greeted by a friendly face and that continues until you leave. The office is clean and open and there are many rooms so the waiting is not long. The doctor's staff is also helpful and caring. I definitely recommend to anyone.

Got lucky and scored a next day appt that opened up due to a cancellation. Paul was super informative and explained everything that was going on with my ear. (Clogged ears was affecting my hearing and equilibrium). Took care of the issue quickly and offered instructions for me moving forward. Great care. Very clean and nice facilities.
