Dr. O'Toole earned his undergraduate degree at UC Irvine and trained in Pasadena at Huntington Memorial Hospital (a USC affiliate) for six years. During this time, he became board certified in general surgery.

I definitely recommend if you are looking to get plastic surgery/reconstructive surgery I recommend Dr Brian Cox's team. I'm very pleased of the team he has. Veronica is very hard working and will do whatever she can and go above and beyond for her clients.
