The doctor was very knowledgeable and provided expert information about my eye condition. The support staff however needs to be a bit more attentive to patients needs and details. I order glasses which arrived within 2 weeks. However, the technician order the wrong prescription. Instead of ordering my prescription for seeing long distance so I can drive he ordered my reading glasses.

Therefore I had to return the glasses and requested that they please expedite the process. However, he appeared to be the least concerned that I had been inconvenienced. Hopefully he'll get the reordering correct.

I highly recommend Dr. Limfat to anyone looking for an eye doctor. He is extremely thorough and gives each patient time to ask all questions. It is rare to find doctors who give so much time to a patient. He is very knowledgeable and detail oriented and you can tell he cares tremendously about his patients and his work. He has a kind and welcoming demeanor, and makes you feel comfortable under his care. Donna, his assistant who helps with ordering contact lenses, was also very helpful and ensured that you are getting the best deal possible when ordering lenses. I would highly recommend this clinic for your next eye exam!

Haven't been to the eye doctor for a LONG time and decided to finally get contacts and new glasses. Dr. Wong was awesome and explained what he was doing as we went and answered all of my questions. He was super efficient and I felt like he valued my time. The contact lens tech, Donna, was so helpful and comforting with my struggles in putting my lenses in for the first time and ensured I was a-ok to walk out of there ready to do it on my own. Then, the staff member helping me pick out new frames was so sweet and patient as well. I saw some reviews where people experienced long wait times, but in my experience they were totally on top of it and fast. Excited to be able to see again :

Ridiculous, simply ridiculous. I used them for nearly 15 year, ordered a dozen of glasses. but today this is it! They have been deteriorating over the last 5 years by COVID made them the worst business possible: - no way to walk in and select glasses or even pick glasses. Appointment is needed. - when you arrive they meet you outside and walk you to a waiting area where you can spend anywhere between 30 minutes and 2 hours. - on average they re-do glasses 1.5 times due to lab mistakes.

I mean you come to pick glasses, they do not match the prescription. 2 week later, new glasses still may not be okay. - average time to get glasses is 2-6 weeks due to long wait and re-dos! - staff is rude and unprofessional I understand that many businesses suffer during COVID but this is a whole new level of terrible service. Shame!

Came with my family because they recommended this location. Little wait time for eye appointment and immediately after, we sat with Stewart. Stewart was the best, never pushy patient and honest. Really helped me find the right pair of glasses for me, I enjoyed the process so much I actually got 2! If I ever need another pair I know exactly who I'm going to see. STEWART

RUDE STAFF + SLOW SERVICE. I ordered a pair of glasses December 14. I was told they'd be in within 3 weeks. 3 weeks pass, no phone call, no email. I call and they say they're finishing them up and they'll be ready by Thursday. Still no call on Thursday, but OK, fine, I go in to pick up the glasses. After picking up the glasses, I try them on outside in my car without my mask - they are slipping down and the frame is blocking my vision.

I go back in and ask the woman at the reception if they have any adhesive nose pads or another way to correct these frames, as they are clearly not working. She rudely asks if I have an appointment. Well, no - they hadn't even informed me that the glasses were ready when they were. She says they have no time for me and I will have to schedule a return appointment.

I wound up just leaving and buying what I needed on Amazon for $8. I was very disappointed with my experience at Linden as a first-time customer. They were the closest optometrist that took my insurance, but I will gladly go elsewhere to be treated well by a staff that actually seems to care about their customers.

I have been wearing and buying glasses for decades. My first and last visit to Linden was in early November of 2021. The eye exam was fine. The service since then has been the worst. I was told it would be three weeks for my glasses to arrive. I started calling at four weeks. The first time, I was told "someone else" had picked up my glasses. No, no one else did that.

Then I was told, several times, that someone would call me back. No one called me back. Then I was told that I had been emailed and texted on a day that I actually called and was told someone would call me back. Then I was told, at the two month mark, I could come in same day to pick up my glasses and get an adjustment without an appointment. But when I arrived, the check-in assistant pointed to a sign that said adjustments were only by appointment.

I picked up the glasses, only to find that they were not the lens shape I requested (rimless frames). Then I was told I had to wait a week to return in person to request a refund, because the supervisor I would have to speak to was "on vacation." Truly the worst service I have ever received at an eyewear store. I will take my business elsewhere, and highly recommend others do the same.

I have been going to Linden for years. I started going because it was convenient to have everything in one spot, glasses contacts, etc. Recently they have gotten to big for their britches. I took my kids in before thanksgiving and they have messed up the glasses and contacts orders FOUR DIFFERENT times. One hand is not talking to the other and it is completely unorganized.

I wish I could say there was good customer service but I was bounced around until I completely lost it and finally spoke to a supervisor that made things easy to take care of. If only it didn't take two months of wasted time and energy.
