They do have a great staff, very professional and nice people but the Coolsculpt with the emsculpt didn't work at all for me. Pictures pre and post were exactly the same. I continued with my diet and my exercise routine (3-4 times a week at the gym) and still nothing. It was a really painful experience and i waited the full 5 months after finished with everything just to give a fair review. Again NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THE DR OR THE OFFICE, but the money spent vs NO results at all is very disappointing.

I had Emsculpt Neo in a few places with Dr. Mess and had a great experience. I love the Team at Dr. Mess' office! Everyone is really nice and makes you feel really comfortable. Blair has been really wonderful and has done most of my treatment. They made great recommendations based on my goals and helped me enhance my results. They offered me a package that fit my budget.

While full results don't show up for 12 weeks, I've already noticed a difference in my abs. My biggest advice is if you opt for Emsculpt, know it's a compliment to weight training and maintaining a healthy diet and lean body mass.

Called to make an appointment today, Edie answered the phone. I must say she was extremely preoccupied and rushed me off the phone. All roads led to "no". Can't make an appointment unless you give them $250 up front. Oh, it's non refundable even if they determine you are not a candidate. No, you cannot go on a waiting list unless you pay your $250 dollars up front and get an appointment.

No warmth in her tone, just "I'm busy" sounding tone. I wanted to treat my husband with something he would not typically do. Also, see about a few areas for myself. I'm 5'4 155 pounds but could use a few areas addressed on my sides. My husband off his mid section. If you want to be treated like you're a burden for calling, you may like this company.

No one is so important that they should make new inquiries feel like they are sorry they called. Unless Edie is Dr. Sarah Mess's daughter, she should be replaced immediately. And even if she is a relative, train, coach and develops her telephone skills. If you're asking me to give you money simply to talk to me (virtually or in person), the least you can do is be polite, engaging as you take my money for "your time". Not, someplace I would trust with my body. Particularly when your gate keeper is less than professional. Too many great Doctors to take this kind of treatment.

Dr Sarah Mess and her staff are absolutely amazing! Dr Mess is such an incredible surgeon! She has given me my confidence back and I am so grateful for that. I highly recommend Dr Mess with whatever you are looking to accomplish or improve. She can do it all. Everyone needs to get the Halo treatments and the BBL (laser). It improved my skins texture and tone. I love Dr. Mess and all of her staff. They also give you value for your money. As a person who thought I was saving money using Groupons I learned I was not. You get what you pay for and with Dr. Mess it is reasonable for the value.

Dr. Mess is wonderful. She's energetic, she loves her craft and having services in her office is an all around pleasant experience.

I have been a patient of the practice for almost 10 years, having surgeries as well as numerous other procedures. I travel a considerable distance to see Dr. Mess. What an incredible gift she created for me. Highly Recommend! I stumbled upon Dr. Mess, while googling tuberous breasts correction- a congenital condition, that I assure you, most women don't want to be an owner of. For twenty years, I did my best to hold my head high and be comfortable with my natural self, but that confidence broke to bits when I almost dehydrated my newborn because this condition also effects the ability to create breastmilk. Officially, my breasts had an existential crisis.

There was a rush of relief, knowing that she was out there. Finally, someone who had taken the time to educate themselves on my condition and practice a solution that did not require an implant! Her method, fat transfer, was ideal for my already traumatized body - courtesy of a severe motor vehicle accident a few years prior. Dr. Mess was able to create breasts that that feel and look completely in tune with the rest of my body.

I was looking for someone to be able to take nothing and turn it into something, and that is what she did. Before surgery, I had always felt that my breasts were more elementary arts and crafts, that is to say, they were well intentioned but sometimes you'd have to squint really hard to see what they actually were. Now, when I look at myself, that pang of confusion is replaced by appreciation for her graceful artform.

I went to Dr. Sarah Mess years ago. Back when she use to do keloid scar removal. She removed a keloid on my ear where I had a second piercing. She did a great job on the removal and I was able to keep my first hole. I wish she still did keloid removals because I have another keloid on my other ear that has grown since I had the first one removed. I wish I got them both done at the same time, but I was nervous because I had tried so many different procedures to remove them to where I wasn't sure if Dr. Mess way would work. But it sure did work, my keloid hasn't came back. I would give 5 stars but she doesn't remove keloids anymore.

The only reason I'm giving an extra star is because the office is nice and clean. I would definitely not recommend this practice. First of all, Dr. Mess charges way more compared to other doctors in other areas for the same procedures. You can definitely go to Miami, NY or even California for the same procedure and still save money. Please save your time and money and go to a doctor who knows what they're doing. I'm definitely not happy with my results, and I'm quite frustrated. I Still have the same problem that I had and I need to live with it for a while until I get them fixed. Very disappointed.

Updating since my first review. After posting my review, Dr. Mess' office reached out to me -- there was a misunderstanding in the office about who was to contact me when I left after my assessment. Anyway, I made another appointment and met with Dr. Mess. She reviewed my history and provided suggestions to achieve the results/improvements I was looking for.

We decided to use fillers (Restylane) along the frown lines/jowls. Holy cow, was I thrilled with the results and no bruising. It was exactly the results I was looking for. I went back about a month later for just a little tweak to even things out. This time a little bruising and everything turned out perfect. I have also had a couple Dysport injections between the eye brows and crows feet. waiting on those results as time goes by :-) And the cherry on top is that the staff is super friendly and professional. I will update as appropriate. Happy Happy!

Dr. Sarah Mess is simply the best! She is bright, personable, honest, experienced and most importantly she truly cares about the welfare of her patient vs making money. I know this because I came into her office several months ago suggesting certain procedures which were clearly among the most expensive of all procedures offered. However, Dr. Mess suggested lesser invasive procedures which would yield the same results in less recovery time.

It was always apparent during our consultation that Dr. Mess is vested in the health and overall wellbeing of her patients. Dr. Mess has also done a superb job in the selection of her stellar staff, as everyone offers phenomenal customer service to all patients. Additionally, Glenda is a wonderful phlebotomist as she takes time with her patients and her soft touch allows her to insert IVs, remove drains with minimal pain. Ginger is a delightful NP who welcomes me with a hug when I see her and the front desk staff always welcome patients with a smile. Glenda, Katarina, Sophia, Tracy and Eddie are amazing to work with as well! I highly recommend Dr. Sarah Mess if you want the best

I highly recommend Dr. Mess. I've been seeing her for more than 10 years. I go to her for "maintenance" (Botox, fillers, etc.). Even though I moved out of state, I still only trust her with any procedure and travel back to MD twice a year. She and her staff are warm, welcoming and attentive. I ask a lot of questions, and she politely answers them thoroughly.

She is very thorough in explaining procedures and makes reasonable recommendations. I like to look natural and refreshed, so she never over does it. She recently moved to a new location where she can do out patient procedures. It's gorgeous and state of the art. See my pictures.

I love this place! They never try to up-sell you or talk you into something you don't really need. You aren't made to feel like you aren't beautiful unless you do certain treatments. Totally not what I expected from a plastic surgeons office. Then again, my only experience prior to seeing Dr. Mess was watching the show Nip Tuck. It's not like that at all.

As for the procedures themselves, I've just had injectables so far. I've never been disappointed. I usually see Dr. Mess, but the last two times I went I saw nurses, and they were amazing as well. I'd trust everyone there. You are left looking like yourself, but younger and fresher. I came here from California. I've seen things.

They recently moved, and the new location is beautiful. It's large, modern, and clean. The waiting room is nice and comfortable and you have access to refreshments. Everyone is friendly from the front desk to the nurses in the back. I also want to mention, I rarely bruise after my procedures, and I'm a bruiser.

I had micro needling done at this office twice. The second time I saw Molly the NP and she was phenomenal. She is kind, she listens, is patient and understanding and extremely thorough. I have a package for the microneedling here and am super excited to see the results at the end. The entire staff (I have not had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Mess as of yet) is super friendly and welcoming. Their new location is beautiful and very large. I'm happy to have found this place.

Did have a sad experience. instead of softening wrinkles under my eyes. I ended having bags because of the substance she decided to use. so my look was worse. sad old lady face With Botox. I ended having puppet eyes every time I moved my eyebrows, and bunny nose every time I smiled. so everything wrong.

Dr. Mess is truly a professional individual and miracle worker. I came to her for a breast augmentation consultation. She was rather thorough, and explained the procedures along with the desired outcome. Even though she was pregnant at the time, I still felt that she took her time with me and was very compassionate to my needs. Her work was absolutely amazing.

I practically had tears because of how beautiful her work was. Its been 7 years now, and my breasts still look amazing. My only regret is moving far away from her office, as I would have loved to get more work done through her.

Mess performed a lower facelift on me, worked on my neck, and also my eyes. She filled in the crevices, valleys, and canyons in my aging face by transferring fat from around my belly button to the areas that needed to be filled in. The end result is incredible and it's permanent unlike the usual temporary fillers used today. Dr. Mess somehow fixed the wrinkled, sagging deep circles under my eyes and my face looks younger, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

The before and after pictures are amazing. Dr. Mess explains everything clearly. She has a gentle, low key approach and makes you feel like you are the only patient she has scheduled for the day. She never rushes you. I can't recommend Dr. Mess strongly enough. I only wish I could post my before and after pictures in this review to convince you. Don't go anywhere else. Go to Dr. Mess and you will be utterly delighted with the results!

Dr. Mess performed a blepharoplasty on both of my eyes. The results far exceed my expectations. My eyes look fabulous! The change is amazing yet subtle. Most of the reactions that I've had are that I look refreshed and awake. I could not be happier with the results. I can wear mascara and eye shadow now and not have it end up on my cheeks! Dr.

Mess was fabulous through the whole process. She even called me at home to check up on me after the procedure! I can't say enough about Dr. Mess.
