As always, from the time you walk in the door, everyone is so nice. Great exam, everyone is professional and informative as to what they are doing. Dr Stegura completed his exam and asked if I had any questions. I know information was given to another family member, what to watch for for their problem and it saved that person from losing the sight in their 1 eye. We are always happy with our service from Premier and will recommend them to everyone!

Excellant service from the time you walk in until the time you are done. Staff is outgoing, kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. Dr. Zimmerman is the best. she takes time to work with me and discuss issues. I never feel hurried. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I receive the best outcome.

It is always a pleasure to visit Premier Eye Care. From the receptionists to the technicians and the Doctors you are treated with kindness, respect and competence. The facility is technically high end and the exam you receive is very thorough and medically proficient. Their eye glass section is well stocked with many fashionable and quality offerings to fit any level of insurance coverage. The staff of this section is also very helpfull and technically proficient. I am very glad that this facility provides my eye care medical support.

Premier Eye Care Group have been my eye care specialists for the past fourteen years. I recommend this practice because they are very professional and knowledgeable in their care of patients. I have had yearly specialized exams as well as the removal of 2 cataracts. Since moving to the Hartzdale Drive location, the flow of the visit is even more efficient in the delivery of care process.

My appointment was trouble free and handled with great efficiency. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians were courteous, told me about every step of the tests and let me know the results after. There was very little waiting and I was through the entire process relatively quickly considering all of the tests I needed. Also, last but certainly not least Dr. Stegura was great as always. He lets you know the status of your eye health and what is needed to maintain it. Thanks to the whole team!

Dr. Stegura at the Premier Eye Care Group has been my eye doctor for over 30 years. I trust him with the health of my eyes and the eyes of the rest of my family. From children to adults, our eyes can change and we have a trusted relationship with them in the care of our eyes. Everyone in the group is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend a Premier Eye group. I have been a patient there for over 7 years. They have fitted me for years with contacts snd glasses and I never had to return due to issues with these prescriptions. I then had laser surgery which was a blessing as I had such bad eyesight and now have mono vision for the last 5 years or so and never wear contacts or glasses. They give me thorough exams each year. Everyone that works there has always been polite and professional. I thoroughly enjoy Premier.

The receptionist, techs, nurses, and Doctors are always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. This office is run like a well. oiled machine. There's no waiting in the waiting room forever. I switched to this eye doctor office from MyEyeDr in Carlisle. What I experienced at MyEyreDr could be considered abuse compared to the treatment I experienced at Premier Eye. The front desk staff was caring and friendly, the eye doctor (I saw Dr Zimmerman) listened to questions and even retested my vision when I expressed concern that a medical issue had impacted the results my previous visit and did not charge me for a second eye exam. The computer system seems to be down a lot (perhaps an issue they should investigate) but overall I am very happy and plan to continue seeking care from them.

I've been going to this eye care group for over 30 years. My last visit I told the assistant we are not going to dilate my pupils with those drops to do that test. Apparently in this office no means yes! They did what I told them they did not have permission to do! I did research and found out there has been a modern way to do this that doesn't involve the drops. This group does not want to invest in their practice. I do not recommend anyone to go to Premier Eye Care. (no means no!)

After being a patient for 20+ years I left Premier due to front desk rudeness and office manager incompetence. Front desk insisted that I needed to pay for a follow-up visit. (The person did not handle herself well. She was very condescending and laughed at me.) After working for the insurance industry for many years I knew this was wrong. I escalated my concern to the office manager who was kind, but, also insisted I had to pay for the visit.
I paid the bill and told them I would never be back. About two months later I received a refund check in the mail with absolutely no explanation. I always had good care from the doctor and medical staff, but, will never go back to being treated so rudely by business staff. People always remember how you make them feel and they made me feel awful that day.

TERRIBLE SELECTION OF GLASSES. BARELY HAD ANY BRANDS POOR SELECTION. OVERPRICED BRANDS I NEVER HEARD OF FOR $200. NO Prada, NO GUCCI, NO HUGO, NO BURBERRY, NO KENNETH COLE, they did have Ray Ban. Anyway I showed up at my appointment Michelle told me that I saw another doctor and that I would have to pay out of pocket. Which I never saw an eye doctor my wife did.
Then Michelle told me she spoke to my wife and she told my wife that she needed to get my authorization released. Then Michelle's story changed again now she said that she spoke to me and told me that I needed to have my authorization released. I said I was called and asked to confirm my appointment after my wife cancelled her appointment. Which I did confirm my appointment.
I was sent to 2 text messages reminding me of my appointment. I received a phone call to confirm my appointment. No mention that I needed to get my authorization released. Michelle's story changed multiple times throughout the encounter. The best customer treatment was when she told me I was lying that she spoke to my wife and she remembered speaking with her last week. Michelle was so sure that she spoke to my wife she said she remembered the conversation.
Office manager Gloria came out and Michelle said she spoke to my wife & then she read her notes in the computer and the computer says spoke to patient! This is where it gets funny Michelle's story changes again that's right she insisted she spoke to me and she told me it. She remembered now! REALLY? INSTEAD OF JUST APOLOGIZING AND SAYING SHE MADE A MISTAKE SHE KEPT RIGHT ON INSISTING SHE I SPOKE TO ME.
She kept right on arguing with me saying that she spoke to me and that I should have known. Michelle & Gloria were very rude and snobbish trying to make me feel as though I was the one that made the mistake. In the end they looked rude and like jerks to waiting room of patients. When it was finally blatantly obvious that they were the ones that made the mistake and realized I was only standing there typing a review they gave me a terrible apology.
Thanks for wasting time better yet thanks for being yourselves. You showed me why I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PREMIER EYE EVER AGAIN! MY WIFE WENT TO VISIONWORKS HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE GO THERE 4X THE SELECTION OF GLASSES. GOOD THING I WALKED OVER LOOKED AT THEIR GLASSES TINY SELECTION OF GLASSES.
