First visit I had I waited just about two hours for DR. Lippe just for him to see me not really do any evaluation and said oh since you getting pain from there let's do physical therapy. This was supposed to be my second opinion. Did pt for my neck and shoulder. Had follow up because pt wasn't helping and we have decided and figured out pain was rooting from shoulder not neck. Waited another hour for him for 5 min just for him so say okay well let's do an MRI of your neck completely disregarding me about my shoulder pain.
Meanwhile when they called to schedule my MRI they said I would have to wait 6-8 weeks at a follow up to get my results. Welp now I'm on my third ortho for someone to actually listen to me.

I will never use OIP again, I was treated for an infection and they had me come back for a follow up. Charged me for another office visit for a two minute appointment doctor did absolutely nothing what a way rip off my insurance company and myself and for a copay. Wait time was insane. dont go there save your copay.

This review pertains to the Harrisburg location off of Union Deposit. Only go here if you are prepared to wait one hour plus. The first time I came with my daughter to follow up from an MRI, we waited over an hour in the waiting room, and then a half an hour in the room. We saw the doctor for maybe five minutes for him to say she needed physical therapy.
They apologized for the wait to which I thought no problem. Everywhere gets backed up every now and then, right? The next time I came to follow up, we were told we had to wait 45 minutes for our appointment (at least). I asked if it was ok that I left my 16 year old daughter in the waiting room and go outside with my toddler as I knew he wouldn't do well sitting in a waiting room for nearly an hour.
They told me that if he would get upset and I had to leave, then I would have to reschedule my appointment. Unfortunately, my daughter needed a note in order to return to cheerleading, so we were stuck waiting INSIDE the building. Kind of ridiculous considering we are supposed to be limiting exposure to covid, right? Every doctor's office I've been two in the past year and a half has asked for us to wait outside in the car - yet here we weren't allowed.
The receptionists were unsympathetic and not flexible (and somewhat rude). I will never come back to this location again. Hopefully this greedy company learns to not overbook in the interest of their patients.

DONT COME HERE. The sheer level of incompetence in this facility is astonishing. I honestly and sincerely hope this place goes bankrupt. They will order the wrong tests and then play it off like they meant to do it. The doctors won't return your calls and instead will only send their assistant to deal with the mess they made. Now I have to pay for ANOTHER MRI. Do yourself a favor a GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I would literally sue everyone in the building if I had the means.

This place is an orthopedic farm for patients. Thousands are seen daily and the care is anything but exceptional. I went in for knee pain which has lasted for two weeks due to the side effect of an antibiotic when I had an infection. My leg is having severe pain and sleeping is near impossible. Im popping ibuprofen like its candy to walk. I go to an appoint scheduled for 1:15pm and was discharged by 1:39pm.
I had an xray done, no MRI and no work up. Doctor didn't even know I was diabetic or cared about the pain and discomfort. He walked in and talked to me for 3 minutes and immediately left. Before the doctor leaves, he says this discomfort could last for 6 to 8 weeks. First off, the antibiotic I was on leaves the system in hours, not weeks. An xray shows bones and has nothing to do with the type of pain I am feeling.
If I have tendonitis and it isn't cured in weeks, it could leave lasting damage to my right leg. I am beyond dissappointed in this practice and wish I would have check the reviews and atmosphere before ever scheduling a visit. Huge waste of time, pto, and money!

I wouldn't take my parakeet there if it broke it's leg. Front desk staff were rude, felt very rushed. Got to the back in so much pain, was told could sched MRI IN TWO WEEKS! Refused to brace or splint my leg or anything. Went same day to another ortho specialist clinic, knee broke in two places, MRI and surgery done the next day. As a healthcare professional I think the way the treat and poo-poo regular people who may not look any further into their pain is atrocious. Yes mistakes happen but from customer service, to the delays in treatment, to the 5 min with the Dr were a waste!
