Ive had a fairly good experience with this office so far--Dr. Herman, and Dr. Kaplan were both very kind and asked lots of questions about my history! And i would stick with this office if I could guarantee one of them to be my doctor each visit. However, i would not recommend Dr. King or the rest of the doctors for anyone in their first pregnancy. In my experience they were rushed, and ignored my concerns & questions.

Visited for the first time and had a great experience! Scheduling an appointment was very easy and they sent me paperwork beforehand so that check-in was very fast and easy. I saw Dr. King and she was friendly, took her time discussing family history, options, and answering questions. Everyone in the office was friendly and informative.

Unfortunately the numerous times i had been here just progressively got worse and worse. I had never had issues before like the ones i was having and wanted to get some answers. My boyfriend took me as i was feeling anxious about the appointment, little did they know he was still sitting in the waiting area when they took me back. When they called my name and i went back there, all of the front desk ladies were talking crap asking each other why i was even there because of the issues i was having.

Thank you for exploiting my personal health issues in front of numerous other patients in the waiting room! Awful. No wonder its never hard to get an appointment there bc they suck.

Dr. Borson possibly saved my life by deciding to do a pregnancy test during an appointment for what I thought would be a routine pap/exam. An ectopic pregnancy was detected and treatment started as soon as it was confirmed to be so. Pregnancy wasn't even on my radar right now. I'm so grateful. I have a 7 year old daughter and I don't want to think of what could have happened had I not had that very early pregnancy test result.

I also spoke with Dr. King, Dr. Schoenberger, and Dr. Herman during this. they were all very quick with getting me results after each blood test while I was anxious for any news. So very kind and informative. Each time I go, I wait no more than about 5 minutes in the waiting room. The staff is professional and quick checking in and out.

I don't really understand all the negative comments. I've never had an issue here and it's always been a positive experience. I've seen Dr Borson and Dr Schoenberger and they are both wonderful! The office staff is a little unfriendly and off putting, but the doctors honestly make up for it.

If you want to have a rushed appointment and a doctor that does not listen to you(because they are so rushed) then this is the place for you! Every time I'm here the appointments are super short and I'm unable to ask about things without feeling rushed. I did point out an issue when I had my appointment and it got brushed off. I emailed a month later and the response was not help and the doctor answered like I was dumb. I will not be going back to the same dr

Love this office - all of the doctors are wonderful however I have a special place for Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Thompson. They are so knowledgeable and patient. Dr Kaplan in particular has helped me get past a lot of challenges. Highly recommended

This building is run by a bunch of cowards. My wife almost never asks me for help. Today, she texted me and asked me to leave work and take her to her appointment because of the anxiety she was having about this appointment. She's been having an issue that's been getting progressively worse that she needs an answer to and is causing quite a bit of pain.

My wife needed me to be there for her and support her, in only the way husband can, but was promptly denied a visit to the back to be with her. Never in my life have I seen a place be so heartless. It was extremely tough watching my wife get bullied and treated with such lack of empathy or concern. This caused my wife to breakdown and cry and bring on an anxiety attack.

All because these cowards denied her the ability to have proper support during a hard time. Cowards default to the lowest level of thinking, that's exactly what happened here. If you're in need of a place that really cares about you and your health and your experience, this isn't it. Go elsewhere, there's lots of choices.

Dr. Thompson is by far the best doctor I've ever had! She answers all of my questions and makes me feel very comfortable! I was misdiagnosed at my old ob-gyn and Dr Thompson said we are doing tests to figure this out! Within a week I had an answer! If you need a Dr. she is the one to see!

Been a patient for years, however, the last 2 -3 visits, I've had to wait at minimum 45 minutes or LONGER for a physician. I've had to leave my appointments and reschedule only to experience it again. I'm on my third reschedule and I've been waiting for 50 minutes again. The front desk staff isn't friendly and seem to get irritated that someone is asking where the doctor is and how much longer a wait is. Don't recommend. Sadly I'll be leaving this physician as although it's great, waiting 45 -50 plus minutes with no physician in sight is not good.

I had Dr Kaplan and I'm very thankful to have had such a caring/wonderful/thoughtful/accomplished/thorough dr. Dr Kaplan calls me directly to check on me and not a nurse. I've never had a dr call me directly to check on me/answer questions. Isn't that a rarity? I'm so thankful. She caught the beginning stages of endometrial cancer on my 2nd visit bc I had not seen a dr in 6 years.

She explained every question/confusion/doubt. Yes, even though you know you have all the symptoms/causes, there is a part of you that doubts you could be sick :) The way her office organizes itself with an online portal makes it easier to keep track of appt, test results, and payments. They send a text/phone call reminder for each appointment. The office organized other dr appt for me prior to my surgery: colon, oncologist, etc. I've never had such a smooth time visiting drs (it's why I've avoided them before bc it was such a hassle) All I can say is that Dr Kaplan and the Women's Health Consultants are amazing. I'm so happy to have found a great dr and good team.

I will never, ever avoid visiting the dr again. PS bc I was a new patient & bc of CV-19 I had to wait almost 6 months to see them. I made an appt end of last year and saw them in the summer. However, Dr Kaplan was worth waiting for.

Dr. Keri Thompson is by far, the best doctor I have ever had! She always answers all of your questions and never makes you feel rushed at all. She also always makes sure you are comfortable and explains everything thoroughly. Dr. Thompson is such a caring doctor and whenever I have had concerns she has made me feel more at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone! The staff is also very friendly, and Londa who does the blood work is great! I am not good with needles and she made it pain free!

Women's Health Consultants has helped me through and delivered 2 babies. I haven't met with a doctor through them that I haven't liked. They truly take the time to know you and understand you and make sure that they are there for anything you need. Dr. Kaplan officially delivered both my babies and she was so amazing. Dr. Herman was there for most of my visits and part of a delivery and she is also amazing.

These doctors don't push you to deliver before their shift change. They are doctors that have a wealth of knowledge and make the best decision for you and your baby. We even had nurses comment to family members about what great doctors the woman's health consultants team was. I highly recommend all of them.

Dr. Kaplan is so intelligent and cares so deeply about her patients and their outcomes. She has always taken the time to talk with me about anything going on and I've referred many friends and family members to her.

I loved my prior gyno but moved far away and had to switch. I was very nervous about seeing someone new and had my first apt. in Feb. with Dr. Jennifer Kaplan. She was amazing! She took extra time with me and answered all my questions (my husband and I had just started trying to get pregnant) and made me feel so comfortable. She even took time after hours to look up some information about my family medical history for me and called me later.

I ended up pregnant in March and had very serious complications (including emergency surgery during week 13 which was done by Dr. Michelle Herman at this practice). Both Dr. Herman and Dr. Kaplan have been so supporting, reassuring and amazing during my very scary stressful time. I highly recommend both of them and this practice overall - all the doctors are very nice.

If you want to be ridiculed for your weight then this is the place for you! I am not thin, but not obese either though the doctors there surely made me feel that way. I'm pregnant and had a terrible first trimester. Instead of helping me through extreme nausea all I heard about was my weight and doing an early sugar test. After seeing three doctors, the last one took the cake.

Terrible bed side manner, looked at the monitor of my first baby for 2.8 seconds then went right back to an early sugar test. If you want to dread every appointment, feel self conscious, feel like a fat cow while feeling sick 24/7 head to the women's health consultants, they got it covered! Oh and when you transfer your records to an actually good doctor they string you along for weeks.

This is the worst place i have ever been to! i wish i can take back the ten years i wasted going there. i had a miscarriage at 20 weeks, and no one from that practice bothered to call and check on my progress. as if i never have been there! probably because I had to see a different doctor throughout my pregnancy regardless of what i want or how many times i told them that should be a choice!

This is the only ob/gyn doctor I have seen, so I can't really compare to others, but I have been very pleased with WHC! I have seen Dr. Voutsos and Dr. Kaplan, and they are both very nice, understanding, knowledgeable, and make me feel comfortable and at ease. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes before being taken in to the examination room. The doctors don't rush through the appointment and will patiently answer any and all my questions. The rest of the staff have always been courteous and nice as well.

I love this doctor's office! I've been coming here for years, mainly because this is also my mom's doctor but also because of how incredibly nice all the nurses and doctors are. My mom has been coming here since she found out she was pregnant with me, so I've really been coming here my whole life haha! I haven't been to many doctors, so I can't really compare but this office is super clean and tidy and the waiting area is really comfortable as well.

They have a nice set up and they know how to get people in and out. There's a 15 min grace period if you're running late so that's nice and I've never had to wait more than 10 mins before I was taking to the back to get checked out. The examination rooms are nice for a doctor's office, with convenient buttons that notify the staff when you're ready so they aren't just randomly coming in. I love their set up, the staff and everything about this office.

Been a patient of Dr. Schoenberger for 10+ years now. From regular checkups to my maternity visits, Dr. S has been PERFECT. I'll recommend him to anyone! Not only is he FULL of knowledge, he's gentle, patient, funny and makes what can be a hectic/confusing/uncomfortable appointment feel like you're talking to an old friend.

Dr. schoenberger is wonderful! I never have male doctors but he has changed my mind! He's knowledge, kind, patient and super easy to talk to. He definitely made me feel comfortable throughout my exam! The staff is really friendly as well! I will recommend Dr. Schonenberger to anyone who is looking for a confident, friendly doctor!

Great office staff all around and very clean & organized offices. Dr. Jennifer Kaplan is an outstanding OBGYN and she is sweet, brilliant and very professional.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences at this office! I started seeing Dr. Herman a few years back and she has been awesome and extremely helpful! Recently I wanted a consultation for something different and since Dr. Herman was not available when I was, I saw Dr. Thompson the last two times. She is just as exceptional! She is willing to spend time with you in the room to go over options and ask several times to make sure all my questions were covered.

I am pleased with BOTH of the doctors I have seen in this office! It's more on the rare side to find knowledgeable doctors that actually spend time with you and care for your concerns! I never feel rushed any time I have visited this office. As far as the front office staff, when I had called a few times and went recently was there in person, Adriana was exceptionally nice and helpful as well!

She spent time with me on the phone to help me figure things out without putting me on hold. I work in the customer service industry so I LOVE when I receive excellent customer service as well! I would rate this office more than 5 stars if it were available!

I've been going to Women's Health Consultants for years. Before my daughter it was just for my annual check up. When my husband and I found out we were expecting it was no question to me where I would be going for prenatal care. We live close to Ann Arbor but I was willing to make the trip because I love this team. My pregnancy was great, my checkups were thorough and each doctor on this team answers all of your questions and spends time with you, we never felt rushed at all.

The wait time could improve, but that's with all doctors offices! Our delivery was a non-stressful, successful one thanks to Dr. Kaplan! I continue to see her now and my daughter turned two in March. Love this team of doctors and would recommend them to any woman looking for a great experience.

It seems kinda weird to say that you just love your GYN doctor but I have to say this practice is "Da Bomb". I struggled with infertility for 5 years. I had to have a fibroid removed. I was pregnant with triplets and lost 2 of them. Then I was on bed rest because of a shorten cervix. I saw every doctor in this practice except 1. My main Doctor was Jennifer Kaplan.

I called her Dr. "K". She is small but mighty. I can tell you that she listened to me and took her time with me. She did not cut corners. She went the extra mile. She called me herself if necessary to help me. I left her messages and she returned them all. I showed up at the office hysterical and she calmed me down. When I lost 2 of the babies she was attentive and sensitive.

She required that I get to know her partners so I think I can give you a very good assessment of their practice. During my pregnancy, I had difficulties so I was there every week twice a week sometimes. They always were positive. They kept me focused on having a healthy baby. The staff smiles in the face of their own adversity. They are professional and they make you feel like you are part of their family.

When you have a baby you want a person who cares as much as you do about that infant and about you. Jennifer Kaplan is a doctor who takes this job home with her at night. She is serious and I highly recommend this practice.
