From walking into the reception area to seeing Dr Cindy is all such a wonderful experience! the staff is very friendly and the wait is never long. they even offer a foot whirl pool for you before seeing the doctor which feels awesome! Dr Cindy is the best doctor I have ever had! she is very knowledgeable in her profession and gets excited for my improvements just as much as I do and to top it off she's a beautiful woman inside and out very enthusiastic and she recommends ATI physical therapy which offers a swimming pool for Aqua Therapy and are outstanding therapists as well with great exercises to strengthen muscles around my foot where I had the fusions.

I would highly recommend Dr Cindy to anyone having foot issues, and emphasise that every staff member is right on cue with their knowledge of their position as well as friendliness!

I had bunionectomy last august not alot of pain! Results are amazing the entire process I felt comfortable and I have not 1 complaint!

Dr. Cindy did such a wonderful Job on my correction surgery. My feet have never looked or felt so good! Her professionalism and the professionalism of Family footcare staff and bed side manner is unmatched! I'm proud to be apart of there family.

I have been coming here for a while, the staff and the doctors are wonderful, l really like dr Cindy she's great. I took my daughter there today and Nettie the MA was very kind and friendly, she helped my daughter get over her nervousness by joking around and talking with her until Dr Stern who was also very kind and friendly came in to help her. Every one there is very helpful and they make you like they are happy to see you.

Dr. Cindy and Nettie are the BOM. I had the best experience. Early in the morning at 7:30am they were friendly, excellent customer service, delightful, kind and professional. Dr. Cindy is a believer of faith and God, we had a very spiritual conversation, she lifted my spirits. I shared my medical history and she knew someone that would benefit from sharing my story. May Gods continue to bless each and everyone as they provided foot care to patients and God provide new mercies ever day

I can't tell you how happy I am with Family Footcare. The doctors are outstanding, extremely qualified, outstanding bed side manner and just overall great personalities. The staff, from the receptionists, to the x-ray staff, to the doctor assistance and nurses are the best I have seen in any office I have been in. Everyone in the office is so accommodating and cheerful. I have been to several foot doctors and have found this practice to be by far the best I have ever been to in all aspects. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

I was very pleased with the care that I received at Family Footcare. Everyone at the office was very kind. My doctor was wonderful and took the time to walk me through (and show me) exactly what was happening with my foot. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use Family Footcare for any future care my feet may need!

My experience here was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, courteous and caring. I was seen promptly and Dr Cindy was great. She knew what was wrong, addressed my concerns and questions and fixed me right up. Choose them, pick them for your foot care!

I usually do not write reviews. Unless the service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. I can say that the service I received at Family Footcare is always exceptionally good. It is a rare experience to have everyone you come in contact with not just be professional. But they are always pleasant, cheerful and so wonderfully caring. With all the not so pleasant things going on in life right now.

It is a rare gem to experience the warmth of a caring professional medical service provider. And not feel as if they are just providing the service you came there for. Believe me it absolutely make a difference in your recovery.
