Used to be great timely and precise but now It is getting worse and worse for the wait times i can have an appointment at 10 and not see a doctor till like 12:30 pm as well as they change doctors more than I change shoes anymore. I was seeing one and she up and moved to Florida. I will definitely be doing some doctor shopping soon

As the former clinic administrator for this practice I can say that I have never been more proud to be associated with an organization than this one. The practice is replete with dedicated, professional, board certified health care providers. They work hard to care for their patients with integrity and compassion. I'm most proud of their no nonsense approach to health care and zero tolerance for prescription drug abuse, misuse, and diversion.
This exemplary practice can at times ostracize various patients as, if they don't get what they want, they can become angry and disgruntled. It's sad that anyone would work to disparage any dedicated professional as a result. Thanks Ridge Family Practice, PC for allowing our association for the past 5 years.

I don't know who this Jane Doe is or why she is dissing Ridge Family Practice, I have had nothing but great and courteous service there. I recently had an emergency and Dr Kay made time in her busy schedule to get me in and get things under control. I have never seen any disorganization among the front staff or the physicians or PA's. Definetly would recommend them to my friends and family.

Worse Family Practice I have ever been too! Do not go here, The Doctros and P.A's do not care about the patients. The girls in the front are messy and disorganized. Dr. Kay does not care about her patients, She is rude. Warning to patients, dont spend you money to go here. You are wasting your money and time.
