Miller Orthopedic Specialists was perfect! They were nice and polite, and Fast.they got me in and out before I even knew what happened. I have not had any since!

Dr. Hsu is an exceptional doctor and is very thorough. She very kind to her patients and informs them of every possible way to help with ailments.

I saw Dr. Panesar, podiatrist. I've had feet issues! Staff very friendly and helped with all the paperwork, go back doctor was in within 6 mins, he looked diagnosed and most important he EXPLAIN everything to me! Dr. Panesar is very knowledgeable and he's the greatest! Have feet problems go see him!

I waited 4 weeks for an appointment at 2PM. I was there at 1:30 and the nurses came and got me to take X-rays and then put me a room and said that the doctor would be right in. The time then was 1:40. I waited until 2:45 and the doctor never came to the room and no one came to the room to explain why the doctor was late At 2:45 I walked out the door and told the nursed that we were leaving and she just shrugged her shoulders.

Appreciated that they sent paperwork to be filled out by mail so it was ready prior to appointment. Was called day before appointment to be early, so I was by 30 minutes with all paperwork filled out. Found staff was overbooked, behind in appointments, but trying their best to keep up. I was lead back to appt 25 minutes late, and waited for doctor for additional 10. Dr Hso was quick and efficient, but I had to guide the conversation on options. End session, with me saying I would get back to her. Jay

Wait time was short, very professional and helpful staff. Dr. Hsu is such an excellent doctor. She ask lots of probing questions to try to really find out what's wrong. Most doctors only hear what they want to hear and selectively answer what they suspect is the issue. Dr Hsu is very pleasant to speak with and patient listening to concerns, addressing all that are brought up. I've never needed a second opinion. I would recommend her to everyone if she weren't already very popular.

Dr. Boese took the time to answer my questions concerning my knee replacement surgery. He was encouraging as he helped me to understand, in a personable manner, that everyone's healing is unique to each individual. Dr. Boese, his surgical, medical and office staff have been kind and supportive throughout my knee replacement journey.

Dr. Hsu is an excellent doctor. She looks at all possible outcomes of treatments to help the patient find the treatment that best fits them. She makes sure that you understand every procedure, treatment, and medication so you are given the best treatment possible.

This is my second time being to Dr Hsu at Miller Orthopedic. I was referred to her back in October 2014, when I lost part of my finger, for skin graft or matrix. Fast forward 7 years, I found out I have carpal tunnel I knew instantly that I wanted to go back to Dr. Hsu for surgery. Her expertise and kindness made it an easy answer for who I wanted for this upcoming surgery.

Dr Hsu did 7 different surgeries on both hands and arms. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Immediately waking up from my procedure, if you can imagine both hands and arms wrapped unable to feel them, but I did not have any pain. All the pain I felt was previous to having surgery. I am completely amazed. A++++ Also the staff at both facilities in Council Bluffs and the surgical site in Omaha, everyone was so wonderful. I had an amazing experience and a happy ending!

Dr. Boese has been giving me care since 2012. He is very thorough & professional. Excellent bedside manners & portrays to truly care. I recommend Dr. Boese for your orthopedic needs 100 percent.

Overall it was a good experience as far as doctor's appointments go. Once I got there I was called back to the room quickly and the doctor was in there within 5 minutes or less and he was very friendly and to the point. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the paperwork. I understand that they need information for billing and records and everything but I just wish they could figure out a way to make it easier to get the information.

I had to write my name in 10 or more different places and my social security number and address also. It's like I'm back in school doing homework again and they always ask about your history and I'm pretty sure they have all of that information from hospital records so why do we have to fill out all of our history when they should have it from all the other times you have filled out paperwork for the doctor. Just need to cut down on the paperwork.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Great team that really communicated, while teaching and setting expectations. Dr Boese was very easy to talk to and ask questions. His experience and his success rate were a big part of my decision making. I am 2 weeks post op and walking with a cane with small limp after Total KNEE surgery. I know what I need to do and have a plan to get there. Thank you Miller Orthopedics and Dr Boese's team!

My review of this facility is regarding their administrative side only. I've visited this facility for few different issues most recently for a cyst in my hand and a meniscus tear. The doctors I was treated by took great care of me. Except for one doctor but that's a separate issue. But my review is about how they handle billing mostly. I first had a cyst that I was being treated for and the doctor and I decided it best to schedule surgery to remove it.

The office calls me and literally wants me to give them my debit or credit card over the phone to charge me over $4000 before they'll schedule my procedure. I questioned this and was told that's how it's done to which I argued it most certainly is not and they can contact my insurance. They would not schedule me without up front payment. I refused and took my business to another facility and upon sharing my experience they were as confused as I was.

They assured me that I don't pay up front out of my own pocket for surgery and they'll bill my insurance. I would have been done with this place at that point but I was already in the process of being treated for a knee injury. Again we needed to schedule a surgery and again their billing department calls asking for $900 of it up front. I told them no as I've maxed out my out of pocket for the year and my insurance will cover it.

They call back and tell me that yes I maxed out my "family out of pocket" but not my "individual out of pocket". I ask what that is because I've never heard of a difference in my out of pocket costs? They call back a third time and now they say I was right and I don't need to pay anything up front. I would have walked away but I trusted my doctor, he was excellent, and there was no way I'd get knee surgery scheduled with another doctor I'd never seen before with three weeks remaining inside this calendar year.

They also did get me to pay for a knee brace with my personal debit card for $115. They wouldn't let me use my HSA for some odd reason I can't recall at this time saying I'd be reimbursed later for it which I'm still fighting with them to get refunded. In short the admin side of this place gets a D- but the two good doctors I was treated by both get an A+. Dr. Hsu and Dr. Bodendorfer.

I've been to my doctor a couple of times trying to figure out what was wrong with my back injury after wrecking my bike. Dr. Ricart was polite and professional. Being diagnosed to have back surgery is scary but I am confident in him and trust him with such a procedure. Overall pleasant interaction and the office staff were kind and helpful as well.

My wife and I have both used several Doctors at Miller Orthopedic and found them to be very professional and capable. We have always had very good results with all of them. I personally have had shoulder, hand and knee surgery and my wife has had knee and hip. Kudos to Miller Orthopedic

Dr. Bohlen was great at explaining the issue he saw based upon the X-ray of my knee. We discussed treatment options and received a cortisone shot and prescription with a follow up visit scheduled all within 30 minutes of walking in the door.
