Over the last 25 years, more than 25 million LASIK procedures have been performed worldwide, with a patient satisfaction rate of more than 98 percent. I had my lens replacement surgery today and what an excellent experience! The whole staff is welcoming and so helpful! They make you feel comfortable the entire process and Dr. Kugler is wonderful. He takes his time to explain everything and makes it easy to trust him. It's amazing to see this clearly for the first time in my life. so happy I did it!

If I could give them more stars I would. Excellent staff with kind hearts. The building is beautiful and very clean. Surgery day was very relaxing (loved the massage chair!) and virtually painless. I was in and out in barely over an hour. Dr. Kugler himself called me that night to check in. That's what stands them apart from others. Highly recommend!

Very quick and efficient procedure! Each step was explained thoroughly and aftercare instructions were given beforehand. A word of caution if you aren't used to severe dry eyes or what that feels like then now you know to prepare yourself. Use all the eye drops they give you and be generous with them! Dr Kugler even called me later in the evening to see how I was and I think that is amazing to do! I would definitely recommend them if you are considering LASIK

I had a very good experience at Kugler Vision. Their office is so calming. No one wants to have surgery especially your eyes. They made the last 7 month experience quite remarkable. I must say for a Dr office the staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful. Dr Kugler and Dr Davison are two of the best. Getting a call at home in the evening after surgery was was so comforting that so made the right choice for my eye care. Thanks everyone.

I recently finished cataract surgery on both eyes with Kugler Vision and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I was treated professionally beginning with their thorough testing as well as the days of surgery and followup. In checking around for an ophthalmology clinic to address my bilateral cataracts and lens replacement, Kugler vision was frequently recommended. I had researched four different providers and determined Kugler vision was at the top of my list. The intake and evaluation were handled very professionally and efficiently. Privacy and timeliness are important to them.
I was not pushed to make a decision at that time. And in the week post evaluation, they had a counselor that took my calls and answered my questions. Kugler vision has a very comfortable setting, prioritizing privacy. Staff is caring and knowledgeable in the information they shared. There was also the added benefit of having both eyes corrected on the same visit/day. Good, personal atmosphere at each stage. Based on my experience and outcomes, I would highly recommend Kugler vision.

My experience has been wonderful. I've been in contacts or glasses for 15 years and I could not function without them. I was very determined to gain my independence. I had been told by another facility that I had too much astigmatism and they wouldn't be able to fully correct my vision. This was discouraging but then I found Kugler. It was music to my ears when Dr. Kugler said we can fix your vision with full confidence.
The facility is so advanced and the staff is friendly and incredibly encouraging. I had PRK done on both my eyes yesterday and I am completely confident my recovery will go as smoothly as the procedure. Kugler Vision has given me the independence to wake up see the world.

Just the thought of an eye procedure made me extremely anxious, but it truly wasn't bad at all! Dr. Kugler and his team were kind and professional, and they made the day of the procedure as relaxing as possible. Dr. Kugler himself called me the evening of my procedure to check up on me, and I had great peace of mind knowing that I could reach them 24 hours a day if needed.
