My first appointment. Overall I was satisfied with the PA'S thoroughness. I was not pleased when the PA asked me if I was vaccinated. When I told her I was not she replied with "I urge you to get it". Now wait a minute! HIPPA violation? If you want to know if a patient has been vaccinated for the coronavirus put it on your questionnaire. Urging me to get the vaccination without knowing my medical history seems like a very dangerous road for your staff to travel down.

First of all, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. For future reference, I'd like to ask about my appointment last Friday. I had a 1:30 pm appointment and I arrived at about 1:25 pm. Normally, Kim spends about five or ten minutes with me, so I had scheduled another appointment for 2:30 pm. But this time, Kim didn't show up until 2:15 pm, so I was late for my 2:30 pm appointment.

I'm curious if there were unusual circumstances causing the delay on this particular appointment or if I should plan on delays like this in the future? Again, have a nice holiday and let's all plan on a more normal year in 2021.

Dr. Paull is dedicated to his craft, skillful and determine to finding solutions to your skin issues. Dr. Paull was my doctor for many years after 20 years of the military, Which wrecked my skin, now I can finally see a clear face. I have been to many specialist all over the world and never octane the results then I have now. If you're looking for a Doctor Who is determined to solve even the most complicated skin issues he's a great doctor to choose.

My husband had a new patient appt with Kim Parker today and he was in and out in 10 mins didn't address all of his issues and just seemed unengaged Zero bedside manner. Thank you for wasting our $50 copay. Front desk lady was short and rude. Don't waste your time. He took the day off for a less than 5 minute visit.

My initial appointment. All staff were courteous, professional and outgoing, made me feel at ease. My practitioner was Kim Parker who was very professional and knowledgeable, and explained my condition and treatment clearly.

Mrs. Parker is an excellent PA. She is thorough and detailed. However, if you need lab work they do not draw blood in the office. I went to one Labcorp and they did not have the required test. Went to another Labcorp and they had the test. So the doctor's visit and 2 trips to lab equaled 1 day off. Otherwise Dr. Paull is a great doctor. However if your treatment requires routing blood testing and you are not retired, I would suggest finding a physician who draws your blood in office and sends it out.

Dr. Paul is an amazingly astute dermatologist with a very helpful staff. I've been a patient for almost 15 years and he has been a great advocate for my skin and overall health. I will be bringing my kids here when they develop my inherited conditions. :
