Rivertown Pediatrics

Our first annual physical. She listened to our concerns and was very respectful and spent a good amount of time discussing my daughter's health and wellness. Provided very thorough care!

Continuously have rude staff that lacks the ability to effectively communicate. Their team of doctors do a really good job. It's a shame that their receptionists are always exceptionally rude to guests and do not take any initiative in taking care of guests. They don't seem to understand that patients and their parents pay their bills. All 3 of my children will never be back here.

I am so thankful l was told about this place. I loved it here and so do the kids. Tha staff was extremely professional with the best attitude for helping people. The doctor was so concern and was very attentive when examining the kids. She took her time everything was awesome in the service we received. Thank you 5 stars

Today was my very first visit with my newborn Noah. I'm dealing with postpartum depression really bad and I couldn't have asked for a better pediatrician for my baby boy! If you are looking a pediatrician my advice go to rivertown you won't be disappointed.

These doctors, nurses, and every employee, excluding one PA (Lauren Hamsley). Has created by far the most enjoyable experience for me and my family in our times of need. My kids are accident prone and have been getting sick a lot often. Had a weird case of strep throat and Scarlett fever, when no one else could figure it out. Kristen did. She was so amazing.

I was there today for a sliced toe on my child and they went above and beyond the receptionist offered to wheel chair him out to my truck for me so I did not have to carry him. I called needing medical records, thought it would take a day, they had it ready in ten minutes. They worked to make sure my daughter got tubes in her ears. I called them after hours last night, it had to be two in the morning.

I felt so bad calling so late. I spoke with Elizabeth Holve. Despite how late it was, she was completely engaged in the call, caring, if she was tired or sleeping, I would have never known. She seemed so eager to help. I know if someone called me that late talking my ear off I wouldnt have been nearly as charismatic and eager to listen to a blabbering mom.

I honestly could go on for four pages worth of compliments that I would happily give them. I believe that me and my children have HAD to be an aggravation to them, yet again, they definitely don't show it. They are just always happy to help, and you can tell that they aren't just happy to help because it's their job but because they genuinely care.

I don't normally take the time to leave such an extensive review, but they have done so much for me and my family. A review is the least I can do for such amazing people. Thank you Rivertown, for being the best thing I have ever experienced in pediatric care.

We love rivertown pediatrics. The staff is friendly and helpful. And Dr Oliver is amazing, good and thorough. We are absolutely grateful to have him as a doctor for our child.

I love Rivertown Pediatrics! My daughter was having difficulty breathing, so we came for a sick visit and she was seen right away! Dr. McWhirter was so kind and knowledgeable. I'm so grateful for the way that they took care of my daughter! They are wonderful.

Wait time very short. We love Dr. Cheek - she is personable, thorough, and you can tell she loves her job!

All I can say is great staff great doctors I appreciate everything they did for me. With all the places you can go in Columbus Georgia I would definitely recommend them over anywhere else. Thank you Dr Jenkins and staff
