I love Dr. Smith and his staff in back. The new check in lady was extra nice. I been coming there for years. Love my foot Dr. But that girl that checks out seem to have an attitude, maybe having a bad day so she should have stayed home. No smile no thank you. Nothing but smart mouth and a frown. See you in Oct.

Was referred here for an emergency by my PCp and after verifying everything yesterday i go today to be told whatever services i get done have to be paid in full so i'm like it would've been nice if someone mentioned it yesterday on the phone, since i have insurance and don't have to pay anywhere else i go, and i ask how much would it be and the receptionist goes We don't know so i'm like okay i'll go somewhere else. she asked me to take a seat while she spoke to her manager and goes ok here you go sorry have a nice day. as i'm driving home the office manager calls only to ask why did i leave. ummm your employee told me to. so now i have to wait another couple days to get another referral somewhere else cause. and how they have a sign that says be kind to our employee. how about your employees be kind to your patients. worse experience ever

Amazing staff! Receptionist are so nice. Dr Smith is amazing and his nurse Christy soooo sweet. Take the time to listen to your concerns. Very compassionate. They don't rush you through things and seem to answer any questions you may have. I live 45 minutes away but it's worth the drive! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! atmosphere is very clean as well. Beautiful building I must add.
