After being a patient for a while and having severe allergy issues my wife was put on a "call same day" system and threatened that she may lose her patient status. Long story short she has to call the same day she is going to come in and can't get an appointment although she explained that she has four children and a working husband, and we've had things going on like many others in this season.
The doctor and medical staff we've had seem to be great but we appreciate an environment of grace, especially when it is a business. We will be looking for another doctor/center even if that means an occasional travel.

Dr. Cartwright doesn't seemed to be a caring and patient doctor in my opinion. Every time my kids have an appointment with him, he always rushes us with questions and just an in and out type of appointment. I was very disappointed with our last visit today and thank goodness we won't be going back to this facility anymore.

I was very happy to find a comprehensive allergy center when we moved to the area. Front and back staff are very helpful, and very good at assisting with insurance. The clinic where one receives injections is run very efficiently, overall the hours are good. Nice location, accessible, and plenty of parking.

We had a great experience at the Allergy Center. From the beginning I felt that my son was going to be in good hands. The front desk staff was very efficient, the nurse was great with my son while he was receiving the skin test and Dr. Cartwright was very thorough and informative. I highly recommend this business to everyone who needs allergy assistance.

I was disappointed from the beginning. It took over a month for them to call and schedule the appointment. Then I had to wait another month to be seen. When checking in, I was told my daughter could be seen without making my copay first; although, there policy states self pay balances due within 90 days of service. I was told she would needed a form for her school, bring it back to be completed.
Now I'm being charged for the form. How can a specialist bill you for services and then turn around and charge an additional noncovered fee? So now, no money, no completed form, no medication for the school. This practice is unethical and they should be ashamed. I WILL DRIVE 2HRS TO ATLANTA BEFORE STEPPING FOOT BACK IN THIS PLACE!

First and foremost this place of business is a complete joke. They are entirely aware that they are the ONLY place in Columbus that treats asthma patients and it definitely shows. They don't hesitate to turn patients away if they are just ONE minute late (they have a sign posted in the office). Dr. Bridges is great and I understand and respect their policy of having to have an adult present if the patient is 17, legally a minor, however the receptionist had no right to treat me as if I was incompetent and had no business being there.
All I was there to do on MY own time was to get the treatment that I need to physically breathe. It's not my fault that I have asthma and that I am legally underage. If you don't like to be first priority then this place is for you.

We had an awesome experience. Dr. Charmichael seemed genuinely concerned and listened to us even though other doctors have laughed. The nursing staff was friendly and pleasant. The entire office seemed to want to help us get to the bottom of our issues. Would definitely recommend. In fact, I'll be bringing my daughter in as well very soon.
