The doctors are excellent. The appointment making procedure is the exact opposite. Impossible to make appointments on-line. After filling and submitting the online form with your issue and availability, one needs to wait for a phone call. If not home, returning the call is a nightmare. You cannot contact your doctor's scheduler directly but must call the switchboard number, be transferred and be placed on hold.

I have seen two wonderful doctors at OAA so I write this review reluctantly. I have spent multiple hours trying to get an answer to, what should be a relatively simple question about a procedure I'm considering. I have been lost in an endless loop of people not hearing what I'm asking and saying the same not helpful thing over and over and being unwilling to connect me to someone who could give me information. This factory medicine communication system is not reflective of the quality of care I received as a patient. This should be rectified

This was my first time meeting with Dr Michele Custer. She was attentive to my needs as I tried to explain my chronic pain that I've had for years. She was pleasant and I felt comfortable talking to her. She came up with a good approach to assist me in pursuit of alleviating my pain. She even demonstrated a good stretching technique that I could utilize prior to scheduling my treatments with the specialists. I would highly recommend Dr. Michelle Custer for anyone looking for a good doctor

I saw PA Scarlet Williams for severe neck pain recently. It was my first appointment with her. She was extremely thorough, very skilled, compassionate and kind. I would highly recommend if you have any issues to see this team. This is my second visit in 3 years for an issue (I've seen two separate doctors based on the issue). Both were friendly, knowledgeable. I felt at ease when speaking with them and they took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the issue, treatments and outcomes. I was able to schedule within a reasonable time and every staff member was pleasant to work with during my appointments.

OAA is absolutely wonderful. The staff is caring and very friendly. Dr. Krafczyk, my Doctor, is thorough and very patient. You are never rushed and every personal concern is answered. He goes into great depth and takes his time. Any and all questions you might have are answered. He makes the entire experience very easy and stress free. A very top notch Doctor!

Great experience. Was very pleased with Michele Custer, Nurse Practitioner. She patiently listened to my symptoms, history and answered my questions. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I had my xrays done in the office during my appointment which was very convenient. Michele reviewed my xrays with me and options for treatment. I didn't feel rushed or hurried which is unusual these days. Other staff was great, too.
