Great office with great support when new parents like myself have questions, concerns, or a sick little one. We've been with this office for a year and have yet to meet anyone providing anything short of kind and awesome service.

We have never experienced any problems with this office. I take my 2.5 year old son here and when I call with a problem they help me solve it. I have never received any rudeness from any staff or pediatrician.

I'm an Army veteran whose met a variety of people from all over the world and never in my 10 years of military service have I met anyone as unprofessional and disrespectful as Dr. Rebekah Lampart. Avoid this place like the Covid. It's unfortunate that I can't give them a negative number. Dr. Rebekah Lampart, you lack the ability to project a commanding presence for someone who is a partner in a pediatric office and uphold standards. You're lucky I have my military bearing and class which you lack. People avoid this pediatric office like COVID.

I have a 14 and 8 year old and Trestlewood has been seeing them both since birth. The office is a bit of a drive for me but completely worth it in my eyes. When my daughter was six months old, she was sick and at a point had to be rushed to the ER and hospitalized for dehydration. I remember waking up with her in my arms and Dr. Vaness, not the hospital doc, in the room to check on her. We love the doctors and it is obvious they care about their patients.

My daughter went there and was treated horribly. I wouldn't take a dog here if it was dying and they were the last place on earth. Zero sympathy, zero tolerance and no follow up. Tried to go about this the right way and address it in private. My husband reached out to a manager and was told she would get a call back Friday. No call because it's obvious they don't care. I only wish I could give a big fat ZERO.

We love all the doctors here. They take great care of our three kids. Never had a problem scheduling and when we needed a same day appointment they were very accommodating. We highly recommend this office for your children's medical care!

Don't take your children here at this office. The manager of this office is all about money she's not all about the healthcare for kids needs. She don't accept Medicaid patients which is very sad on her part so that tells you that she cares all about insurance money. I've been at this office for years and all she looks at is the insurance for children's needs.

I was treated like I was a complete idiot, very rude lady up front, extremely rude lady with finance, we were still waiting on word from the insurance and were going to schedule our one month checkup when the lady in finance said "don't bother till you know if you have insurance, we want you to have something billable " mind you I offered to pay out of pocket. Glad we left this office.

They've always taken great care of my kids. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure my kids have what they need. I would never take them anywhere else. Everyone is always kind and compassionate. You can tell they love their job.
