KNI has introduced a number of new imaging tools, along with new technology, computer software and diagnostic protocols. When a test is scheduled for you at one of the four KNI/Borgess locations, you will receive instructions about your CT or MRI exam. Additionally, you receive two calls from us regarding arrangements for your test. Other information about the exam, payment and scheduling will be included in our phone call to you.

The front desk wasn't very nice and rude. My husband is handicapped and was not treated well at all by the lady's in the front. The lady's in back were very nice and helpful would have given 5 stars if the lady's that took him back and did the imaging worked up front.
