I have great service every year with Advanced eyecare of Lowell. I would not go any where else. The staff is very friendly. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Darra, my technician, did a wonderful job! She made me feel well cared for and relaxed. The perfect combination when having my eyes dilated and examined!

Great office! Kind and knowledgeable staff. Recently took our little one for an exam as part of the InfantSee program, which is a great program to make sure your baby is checked early for any vision issues as well!

Another friendly and professional visit as always! Everyone I worked with, Emily, Kyrsten, Dr Jones and Griffen were all polite and helpful. Dr Jones answered all my questions with answers I could easily understand. The exam was very thorough. I have never had a problem with anyone here.

Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time in the lobby with no updates on how much longer or an apology for running behind. Decided to cancel my appointment and leave without ever being seen. I let the front desk know that I have a breastfed 7 month old at home so I couldn't wait any longer and needed to cancel my appointment. Still no apology or explanation just a, " please call us to reschedule." I will be going somewhere else in the future.

When I arrived I was Greeted by Alaina at the front desk. Then I was called back to the exam area by Erin. She did a good work up on my eyes! Then Dr. Harrell came in and finished the exam. I then was handed off to Rachel and Stacey who helped me pick out some new frames. after trying several pair on I finally found the ones I liked. They were such a big help and didnt make rush me. I would refer a friend here any time

This was my first appointment with Dr. Harrel and what a great experience. Felicia was great and I felt very comfortable with her and then Dr. Harrel came in to finish my appointment and he was also great. Made me feel very good and explained everything.so I understood. And then Alicia checked me out and helped explain the charges and plus gave me a quote for my contacts. Such a nice experience at Advanced Eyecare Professionals today. The name is perfect for this business.

Dr. DeClarke did everything possible to make sure my glasses exam was accurate, even during a mask mandate. Cleck out with Alecia was seamless, and optician Jackie made sure I had a comfortable fit. I love them! What a great team!

I had a great visit, Jessica at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Felicia was helpful and knowledgeable, and very efficient at her job. The doctor, declarke, she was thorough and very nice, she made feel very comfortable, I would like to have her as a doctor again. Alaina was nice too. Jackie was very helpful and friendly.

I was hesitant to come to AEP as I was happy with my previous optometrist. I did not need to worry. From my first encounter when I made the appointment to ordering my glasses each one went the second mile to accommodate my special needs. Thank you Katrina, Felicia, Dr. Jackson and Jackie.

Everyone was so helpful getting me ready to use monovision contact lenses! Jessica at the front desk helped me with understanding pricing, Erin helped me practice putting the contacts in, and Dr. Jones explained everything so well. I was very happy with my visit!

Took my mom here today for her first visit at Advanced Eyecare. Her experience was fantastic. While practicing social distancing and caring for patients at the same time, everything was handled very professionally and safely by a friendly, efficient and courteous staff. Communication was outstanding, from listening to mom's symptoms to explaining things thoroughly. Thank you to Dr Harrell, Jessica, Jackie, Martin & Katrina for making mom's visit a success.

After 10 years living overseas, I was happy with every aspect of my time at AEP. I was greeted warmly by Katrina and seen quickly by Stacey J who gave me a thorough eye exam. Dr Harrell explained what was going on with my eyes and why I needed a new prescription in a way that was helpful and not pushy. Alaina checked me out and even set up my next appointment at a location closer to our new home. Thanks for the great experience.

As always, my experience is a very good one. Dr Harrell is my eye doctor and the most personable, kindest doctor I have ever been to. He explains everything thoroughly so you understand it. He takes his time and never rushes. His staff is great and Darra is exceptional. I feel blessed to have him as my Ophthalmologist.

Jessica was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. She knew what my insurance covered and what it didnt. She was very helpful when my cat had scratched my lenses. Got a replacement. She fitted my frames to exactly how I like them.

I have always gone to 1 eye doctor and recently needed exam and glasses. I tried Advanced Eyecare and was so happy with them. The exam was so thorough with Dr. Shad and she advised me on contacts, glasses or both. then I put the order in for one pair and worked with Dana. she is great by the way, ordered Monday AM they were in on Thursday. PM. decided to not go with contacts so ordered second pair on Monday and they were in Thursday also. no wait! Also, this was thru the time of 12-21-12 and 1-1-13. I was impressed. All the people working there are so caring and kind. Loved it!
