Wonderful Staff and Service We've seen several providers and always been impressed with their knowledge and care. Recently we met with Jennifer Williford who made our son feel comfortable while answering all his questions. We would highly recommend this practice.

I have been seeing SWD for some time now. This year I had the big C come back and bite me. As with most people this issue sat in the back of my mind for almost a year but I would just put to off. When I got the results of the test SWD was great. Everyone from the start worked hear to insure that I fully understood my options for care. I now feel that in the weeks ahead my life return to normal - if one can. Life is good when you have a great team working with you.

Barcode at parking spot did not work for trying to do final check-in step. Had to work with trying to Text to the code instead. Other than that, the visit was fine and went pretty smoothly, office was very busy. Thank You

Dr. Liggett is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her and the staff and Southwest Michigan Dermology for any medical reasons or elective procedures as well. They address and take very good care of all of your concerns.

I just received Terrible service. I live about a 15-20 drive from this place, had an appointment scheduled for my daughter. We show up to her appointment and after waiting 20mins a lady from Billing comes out to tell me they canceled her appointment because of her insurance. This is something they could have told me over the phone so I didn't waste my time/gas coming out to an appointment we thought we had.

I confirmed the appointment via txt and call 3 days before and the fact that no one checked this even when I scheduled the appointment is terrible costumer service. I'm very angry and disappointed on how this was handled not to mention I had to tell my daughter she couldn't follow up with her issue because of their incompetence.

Overall we found the experience excellent. The staff was very friendly, professional efficient. Dr. Jones explained everything so we could easily understand. He listened to our concerns and worked with us on the pan. He was also very friendly, professional and efficient.

I have Never been in a medical office that was run this efficiently. Everyone I encountered was kind and courteous. ALL of the staff from docs to the greeters at the front door seem to enjoy their job. This workplace is healthy! In a time when there is so much discontent in people, this office has managed to exude a very healthy workplace! Kudos to all of you! It made my day to see so many satisfied employees!

Dr. Globerson was wonderful. He was professional, kind and listened to me. He was knowledgeable and ordered a special cream for my problem that is made at a pharmacy in Pennsylvania. So grateful he took the time to care. Other doctors in the past have just given the standard answer of "sun and age" and acted like there was nothing they could do. So Wonderful to find someone willing to try to help. He gets 5 stars from me.

It would be easier for check in if your could do your insurance cards & drivers license copies at precheck in. Some people still do not have cell phones and your check in once you arrival is more complicated than it needs to be. It could all be done at precheck day before This way is very unfriendly and makes you fill like a number not a human patient. Not happy with your new system at all

We have had the honor of being seen by Mrs. J. James for a couple years now ( I'm sorry I don't know how to spell her first name Jacqueline?). She is amazing and takes really good care of my father. Her attitude is outstanding and we feel lucky to have her on my dad's team of Dr's. Staff has always treated us well and we thank you all!
