I have had too many encounters with VMC due to my health and I couldn't even begin to support and encourage everyone to utilize this group of health care givers!

My wife has surgery and they rudely asked me to leave. The lack of humanity and compassion at Proliance Surgical Center at Valley is unprecedented I would select anywhere else

Went into the emergency room, with damn near LESS people than I have ever seen in the waiting room. I have people who TELL me themselves, that they been here and had to wait from 10pm to 4-6AM even though THERE WAS the same amount of patients in the waiting room. It's crazy as time goes on. how an emergency room, doesn't treat SHIT like an emergency.

I said I bled due to a positive test of me being pregnant and work (Amazon Warehouse) got me lifting more than I'm supposed too (40lbs +) WHILE knowing I am pregnant. Now, it's "going to be about a couple, couple hours" NOT a "couple" hours. 2+ hours to 4 hours of a wait. But I witnessed a WHITE couple which is WEIRD. (not being racist at ALL) it's just crazy how this hospital works. they let a old white couple go in. Hmm

I go to Valley medical center for anxiety, athsma, and overall my abnormally fragile body. I've gone to this place for my entire life, so they know me very well. The staff and people are very welcoming and nice! They are super nice to my grandma who has kidney failure and treat her very nicely and gentle I am pleased with everyone here! I recommend this place.

I had my first baby at Valley Hospital in April 2020. I heard many great things about Valley's experience. I followed through my whole pregnancy with Dr. Hamer, my OBGYN. Sometimes seeing other doctors there as well, which were all equally, just as amazing. Went through Valley's Birth Center. My baby also goes to the Pediatrician there as well.

Everything about having a first baby is so new and scary. I had no clue what to expect. We were at the hospital for a total of three days, through labor and delivery. Being induced due to high blood pressure. My husband and I couldn't be any happier with our entire experience with Valley. All of the doctors and nurses that assisted us through the whole process were amazing.

The entire experience was so loving. We felt so cared for and treated like family there. My baby never left my side for a second and our family was able to instantly create such a strong bond. For an experience that I was so fearful and unsure of, this experience makes me feel confident and excited to do it again one day. I highly recommend the entire experience with Valley.

I live in the Renton area. My 3-year-old stuck a Lego way, way up his nose and we found ourselves in need of an emergency room visit. Valley is the closest, so we headed over. And, I'm happy to say, from the moment we got there the experience was outstanding! The reception staff was super nice and helpful. The wait time was minimal and soon we were chatting with a doctor.

All the medical staff we encountered were extraordinarily helpful and nice - I felt listened to, and my son was treated with care and respect. We were out of there in no time, and on our way home. A truly wonderful experience (I mean, except for the Lego up the nose part). A special and heartfelt thank-you to all the staff at Valley! Hopefully I'll never see you again, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands.

This review is solely based on visiting a friend that was a patient, not my experience as a patient. A friend recently had surgery here. Her PCP and surgeon are both based here. She has raved about them to me. I visited her in the hospital and witnessed on several occasions how she was treated exceptionally well by the nurses. Also, her private room was huge. I've been in hospitals for 2 decades as a patient, and her room is the nicest one I've ever seen.

Not only was it the biggest, but they had actual art on the wall, and not crappy Motel 6 art but a really nice painting. There was a comfortable bench for visitors to sit on versus crappy chairs like everywhere else I've seen in hospitals. The parking here is free, which is a miracle to itself. All of the parking at the hospitals downtown is charged to all, patients and visitors alike, along with many other hospitals in the area and elsewhere.

This hospital has free parking in the garage and in the lots for all. Thank you! As someone who hates paying for parking on principle but also as someone who is on a very strict budget and not working and wanted to see her friend, this was a big deal to me.
