Hymenoplasty is done with ultra fine dissolving stitches. It takes 8 weeks for these stitches to dissolve completely. If you are planning to have this procedure in preparation for your wedding, be sure that your wedding date is more than eight weeks after your hymenoplasty. Otherwise, the stitches will still be present.
Breast implants are performed to enlarge small breasts, underdeveloped breasts, or breasts that have decreased in size after childbearing. Drs. Pelosi will help you determine the most effective surgical approach following a thorough examination of your breasts. Dr. Pelosi (son) is a great surgeon. I had a cosmetic procedure done and I am more than satisfied. Dr. Pelosi III became my hero 18 years ago! I went to 3 specialists trying to figure out why I wasn't able to become pregnant and they all told me I was fine. A friend told me about Dr. Pelosi so I went there after giving up all hope. After a quick exam he said that I had a huge ovarian cyst that was stopping me from becoming pregnant. He performed the laparoscopic surgery which was amazing and my recovery was a breeze without any complications.
I became pregnant a few months later and he delivered my son, then 3 years later he delivered my daughter. He has blessed me with 2 healthy children and I will forever be grateful for him. He also performed my liposuction and breast implants and his work came out beautifully! He has given me my confidence back and 2 of my friends have also had the same surgeries by him and are beyond thrilled with the outcomes!
His staff is also amazing. Donna and Cindy are always available whenever I call with a question or to schedule an appointment at a moment's notice. I've been a patient of Pelosi Medical Center several years. I have had several procedures and have had the best experience each time. Dr Pelosi is always professional yet personable and always knows how to make me feel at ease. Anytime I have a question or concern, Dr Pelosi personally contacts me via email or phone promptly. The waiting room is bright and cheerful & the exam rooms are pristine. The staff is always friendly & helpful. I travel almost 2 hours & I'd travel more if need be! Dr. Pelosi, Sr. was my gynecologist for years. He was thorough, informative and really cared about his patients. He performed my hysterectomy without cutting me! I really trusted his opinions and he respected my stand on bloodless treatment. However, now that I'm no longer working and on Medicaid, his office doesn't accept my coverage and the cost of an office visit has skyrocketed! I now must find another gynecologist. What a shame!
