Orthopedic Associates, S.C. has been serving the community since 1966.
In 1994, Dr. Sladek completed his undergraduate degree in biology from Northwestern University and his medical school training from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1998. He finished his orthopedic residency in 2003 from the University of Illinois at Chicago. After his residency, he attended the Cleveland Clinic Foundation for a fellowship in adult lower extremity joint reconstruction.
Dr. Brian Moss joined Orthopedic Associates after completing his Orthopedic Sports Medicine fellowship in San Diego. During fellowship, Dr. Moss worked with a wide variety of elite athletes in sports ranging from NFL football, to WWE wrestling, professional rodeo, MMA, rugby, and skate boarding. He completed his residency at Michigan State University where he was exposed to a wide range of orthopedic surgical cases.
Our skilled, on-site physical therapists use manual therapy, functional exercise, and other techniques to speed recovery after surgery or injury. Our therapists will spend time with you, one on one, to develop the appropriate plan to assure a successful outcome. Whether you are looking to return to sports, exercise, work, or activities of daily living, we will individualize your treatment plan so that you can achieve your goals. This is the second time I've been here for different injuries, and this is the only place I will go for physical therapy!

I'm grateful for the folks at Orthopedic Associates, S.C. Dr. Sladek is the type of orthopedic surgeon you'd want to have in your corner. He is very down-to-earth and sensible, being efficient in taking me on as his patient. After listing to and reviewing my situation, he provided me with an informative, thoughtful and thorough perspective of my diagnosis.

Dr. Moss treated me for an Achilles rupture earlier this year. He was fantastic from start to finish and I highly recommend him. Following surgery, Dr. Moss set realistic expectations so I knew exactly what to expect as I began my road to recovery. My incision healed wonderfully and Dr. Moss provided excellent instructions for care. Safe to say I'm almost fully recovered and I truly am grateful for his care. Very friendly staff as well.
