Excellent family doctor for 22 years now. Great at diagnosis, always has the right treatment and suggestions, and always follows through timely to my pharmacy. Also has a good personality with a sense of humor,

Office staff was very friendly and welcoming. They called me back really fast and the nurse was so kind. The dr was thurough and made sure that I got what I needed. VERY happy there!

I was assigned Dr. Maples from my workers comp coordinator. He said he had a lot of experience with workers comp. (I have never dealt with it so was hoping for guidance along the way) He is lazy and has no compassion. I explained my issues and what I needed which had been already ordered by my Doctor but workers comp won't pay for it unless he orders it and he refused to give me even a lab order to check my blood which was one of my workers comp issues.

I was asking questions to understand why he wouldn't and as we navigated this conversation he just picked up his computer and walked out of the examination room. I work with doctors and have never witnessed such a lack of respect for your patient, no professionalism, no integrity and blatant disregard for me. I actually had to yell, "WAIT STOP!" as he walked out of the examination room.

I told him I wasn't done with my appointment. He came back and sat down and I told him my other two needs and he, for one of them, said he'd never heard of it and seemed to be googling an answer, then after I told him my third need to be addressed, he just typed something and said Ok is that it? and I said yes, and he left rudely saying, "have your primary call me, you're done in here." I left not knowing if he was sending my company some referrals or what.

My primary has nothing to do with this anymore, as i told him, he is supposed to be my primary now for this issue. Absolutely the worst medical experience. I can see that he's done this same thing to other women from his google reviews. Time to retire. I immediately asked to be assigned a new doctor and filed and continue to file complaints with many organizations. OH! and by the way the lab work I requested that he refused me, showed exactly what I thought it would which further proves his negligence.

Dr. Maples gave me the attention needed for my appointment and listened to my concerns. I did not feel rushed which made the visit very pleasant. This treatment will make it easy to come back for any follow up visits.

Doctor Maples and his entire staff are outstanding. Professional and friendly. Can get appointments immediately. Highly recommend.

I found Dr Maples when searching for a PCP. I was so disappointed with my last one, I suppose I wasn't expecting much. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised to find Dr Maples caring, funny. He spent a very fair amount of time explaining things, I'm thankful to have found his office, his staff is also lovely.

Dr. Maples is a great doctor! He is always attentive towards my many needs and his treatment approaches are very effective. The supporting staff in the office are warm, caring, and compassionate. Dr. Maples and the staff always seem to be on track with appointment times and conduct the visits efficiently, being both quick and thorough. They take my concerns seriously and validate my experiences.

They will take all the necessary steps to ensure my good health instead of underestimating my issues and delaying proper care. I am grateful for this office and the compassion and care they integrate in their work.

I enjoy coming to the doctor's office because they are so friendly and efficient. I never have to wait and the paperwork is all done electronically prior to the visit which saves time. Dr. Maples has been my doctor for over 20 years and I appreciate the time he takes with every visit to confirm I am doing well both physically and emotionally.

Dr. Maples was wonderful! Very professional but also super down to earth. He also genuinely seems to care and has good knowledge and common sense of his expertise. His front desk and PA staff were very friendly as well. All in all, a great experience!
