Lori and Rachel were so great to work with. They were very professional while also being very attentive to my exact needs. Went to get some moles removed and was a quick and painless process. I still have 40+ moles so I know where I will be coming back to. Highly recommend premier dermatology for all of your needs.

I sent my daughter to the place for acne treatment after verifying the doctor within my insurance network. All the insurance paperwork done before the appointment. However she came back from the appointment with a $300 facial treatment out of pocket. I called and was told it was due to the communication problem though my daughter said she never asked for a facial. I feel being tricked. If I want a facial treatment I know some other places with a better price!

I am so grateful for Dr. Jhin and her professional very well-run office. I have received superior results for numerous services over a 10 year period and in each case, her expert advice and qualified staff have been spot on/a gift. We have worked on hair removal in so many places.no more shaving!; botox/filler ( literally artists who contours and strategically keeps natural); plus so many other procedures and services specific to my skin that have made a dramatic impact thanks to her consult.

What I love most is this is an office with big hearts and brilliant minds! Having referred dozens of friends, everyone thanks me. You're in the wonderful hands of a "friend". THANK YOU PREMIER DERMATOLOGY and this well overdue and well deserved sharing of my experience.

I had a horrible experience dealing with this place. I was visiting my family in the Bay Area for ONE WEEK only, so WELL OVER A MONTH IN ADVANCE I reached out and requested an appointment date to get a peel done. I had a very important event 2 weeks after in NYC so I planned this accordingly. Anyways, I spent (and WASTED) SO MUCH TIME emailing them back and forth about all the details of the peel including pricing which I was fine with and images of my face etc. Was very happy and looking forward to the peel until just a day or two BEFORE when I never received a confirmation email or call which I thought was strange, I emailed them for them to tell me they didn't have MY APPOINTMENT TIME AVAILABLE!

I scheduled it 6 weeks in advance because I was only there for ONE WEEK! Knowing this they told me their soonest available was a week later after I would be back in NYC. I can't say anything about the dermatologist because I NEVER GOT TO SEE HER! Absolutely horrible customer service and disregard for my time. I emailed them explaining how upset I was and showed them proof I requested the appointment over a month in advance which they confirmed. Wasted so much of my time with no apology for their mistakes.

Not the best of the best but not the bottom of the barrel either. My main Derm Doc is in SF, and he's a pro who really takes his time, he's my go to guy for skin cancer checks and filler/botox. But, if I am not in my FiDi Office on the day I need something done this place is my backup as it's close to home. Premier are great for a quick fix on a rash, a cyst injection or similar. However, I would never go here for anything cosmetic in the filler/botox genre as the Dr here always seems rushed and her face is REALLY done which indicates she overdoes it vs. keeping you looking natural. Further, they just sit you down, in your street clothes, rub a little antiseptic on you and dive in.

My SF guy has you in a proper smock, everything is sterile and the pace is relaxed with great attention to detail and the feeling of a high end medical practice. Premier has be come a bit too "drive by medi spa" in the last few years.

I have always had a great experience with Premier Dermatology medical spa. Dr. Jhin and her professional staff are amazing people. Everyone is friendly, honest and very helpful. You can trust their recommendations and count on seeing results. I highly recommend any of the many services Premier offers.

My experience with Premier Dermatology has been positive because of the front office employee Janet. While I was waiting during my first visit and was walking around looking at the sunscreen, Janet was friendly and smiling as she took the time to explain each sunscreen brand and the skin type that would be suitable. I thought that was very kind of her.

I appreciated that the front office being quick to respond to my voicemail with an email confirmation that they have received my message. Janet solved my issue in a professional manner that solidified a positive overall experience here. Also, the best part was that Janet even remembered me from a year ago! It's always a nice thing when the front office remembers you :

I would not recommend this place. I email them to renew a prescription but instead try to throw me under the bus and tell me I have to schedule an appointment with them in order to get it. Never happened to me before. Please find somewhere else, don't recommend.

I love this practice. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and Dr Jhin has given me more hair from her PRP injections. She also gave me a thread lift and the results were exactly what I wanted, more lifted but nothing drastic. I couldn't be happier with her office staff, technical skills and lovely bedside manner.

Came here for a wart on the hand of my son. Got an appointment without waiting very long, the staff were very friendly, the nurse practitioner treated him with liquid nitrogen. In a couple of weeks, the wart was gone. No complaints.

Had some skin issue for 2 month - went here to see MD. Was able to make an appointment in one day. Paid $40 on spot for a cream and it helped a lot in just few days, that's great! (cream might be cheaper in a pharmacy). Service/visit itself was covered by insurance.

I came here for a referral from my Dr's office. The Dr. came in and looked at my skin and I told her my concern, and she was out of the office within two minutes. I felt like I was bothering her, the nurse gave me a piece of paper with over the counter lotions. I came in because of extreme snake looking skin, and moles and skin tags. Was not a help at all a waste of my time and co-pay.

Great doctors. Convenient location. Amazing products. Lovely office. Would definitely recommend.

Lauren is the best! She takes her time to explain everything and really put me at ease regarding some of my concerns. She truly goes above and beyond and I couldn't recommend her more!

I am a long time patient of Dr. Jhins. She has successfully helped me with my eczema, fragrance/skin allergies. Most recently she helped me with my Alopecia Ariata. Looking back, I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have Dr Jhin, Dr Humble, her staff Nurse Prac Lauren, Reanie & the friendly staff that saw me sometimes on a bi-weekly basis.

Since PD has always offered the latest technology, they used PRP to treat me. Although it sounded like a "science experiment" to me at the time; I committed to the treatment & never look back. In less than a years time, the quarter size sections of hair loss I had have grown IN! Not only has my hair grown in but my whole outlook on life returned back to normal too. Hair makes a Huge difference in how you feel about yourself & present yourself to outside world. If you are dealing with any type of hair loss, I suggest you check into PRP.

Dr. Priya Rajendran and her assistant Angelo were really super awesome. I called in yesterday and they we're able to see me today, I am very impressed with the knowledge and care they provided me. If you have any skin conditions I strongly recommend come here. Thanks Again!

I've seen Dr. Jihn twice, she was very confident in diagnosing a problematic rash on my foot. It turns out it wasn't a skin condition but some other underlying condition which my primary care physician completely missed. Her diagnosis was spot on. She didn't head straight into a prescription medication, just home care, and the symptoms were gone in about a month.

I also took my daughter in, this time to see another doctor on staff for what appeared to be a cyst. Considering my daughter's activity in sports, she gave us the options, actually recommending we see another doctor who specializes in the procedure we need. In terms of dermatology for medical needs, Dr. Jihn's office is very caring, very professional and I will definitely return one day should the need arise.

Run away from this place don't walk. CONS - Jhin was 40 min late: not that this is unacceptable, but when they ask that you arrive 15 min early AND Marie Jhin opens the door to the exam room looks at you laughs and then shuts the door and does not reappear for another 20 min after you have been awaiting 20 min already., really? Jhin's beside manner: did NOT wash her hands, was really rough and heavy handed when moving your body parts.

In addition, she was extremely rude to me because I inquired about her tardiness--hey I needed to get to work too. They try to upsell you on both procedures and product --which again is good business, however when they are dishonest about it that is not right. IE: I went there for a scar evaluation and they stated the best treatment would be a RX bleaching cream which they sell for $60 and to which insurance does not cover.

What they lied about was that even tho it is true that insurance does not cover--the RX price is LESS. Before I could agree to purchase they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign., ummm No! The pages of paperwork they make you sign is also standard--with the exception of their copies are so poor--the typeface is not ledgible (I will post a image of their paperwork shortly).

The unprofessional ethics and rudeness of Jhin, I would not recommend them as there are plenty of other places that are cleaner, less expensive and more honest. PROS They are conveniently located.

I love Premier Dermatology! My sister and I attended one of their events back in Oct 2016, just for fun. I was curious because I am and looked 67, but still felt like I was 50. First they recommended the Obagi Skin Care. Pretty quickly my skin started changing for the better. Dr Jhin then recommended a few procedures. Long story short, it is now July, 2017, and my face is transformed.

My face looks closer to 50 than 67. I am so excited, I keep looking in the mirror! Dr Jhin is amazing as is every member of her staff! Treat yourself to one of their events, you'll be hooked! Great information

Horrible experience! Do not go here! I had a silk peel which left abrasions all over my face. Doctor Jihn pretty much denied that the silk peel could have caused the abrasions which lead to broken capillaries on my face. Reasoning was because she has never seen it happen before. It happened because the cap on the silk peel machine malfunctioned. She then stormed out of the room!

So unprofessional. Update: Janet V. of premier dermatology just commented on my review. It's been over 2 years since this incident. She is saying they have never heard of my claim and that what I wrote is defamatory and slander. Actually Janet V you are defaming me by calling me a liar. I can not believe how unapologetic and unprofessional this company is! I will upload a copy of my text transaction on may 8, 2015. Please stop lying.

Dr. Jhin is the best dermatologist I've ever seen. Not only is she an amazing physician, I would also call her an artist who is always on the front lines when it comes to cosmetic procedures. Aging at your best, takes having a top dermatologist on your team, and I couldn't recommend Dr. Jhin more.

I saw Dr. Jhin (and several dermatologists and nurses under her practice) back in 2015 and 1) they sent me to collections with little to no warning, 2) called collections several times on me even after I paid my balance. Separately, they stuck me with a bill that I think was ridiculous, but I paid it anyway because I guess it was my fault for not checking with my insurance first.

I have never had such a poor experience with healthcare billing in my life, and I don't think I would ever see Premier Dermatology again simply to avoid this fiasco forever. Fortunately, I have ample documentation (email and receipts) proving payment, so hopefully, Premier hasn't negatively impacted my credit as a result of their poor financial organization.

I found their dermatology practice to not provide quality advice, and what's worse, their billing practices are completely unacceptable. Avoid Premier Dermatology at all costs!
