Found out I was pregnant July of 2020. Had a male OB but eventually switched to Dr. Wilkins. GREAT lady. Very caring BUT I had mentioned that a blood clotting disorder runs on my mother's side of the family. My gram, my mom, one of my sisters and her daughter ALL have it. I had mentioned it with hopes of getting tested since it could be a life threatening issue while pregnant.

It was blown off. I got tested for it last week since it was STILL blown off by doctors! Finally got results back yesterday with a positive result of having this said disorder. I am VERY hurt that it was neglected and am now scheduling to see if my child has it as well because it is a life changing issue! I hope others families history is taken more seriously than mine in the future!

Staff is always very nice to me, nurses are kind and my children are generally comfortable there. The policies and practices of the pharmaceutical industry, insurance and government have lead to this being a failed system designed more about profiting a corporation than giving care to the patient. Would give 5 stars if our medical system wasn't a toxic wasteland.

I was originally upset that they continue to deny me my scripts for no good reason, but I just discovered that a lot of my more recent health complications were caused by the medications my PCP prescribed. I was told Trintellix was a safe antidepressant for someone who has seizures, and it won't interact with my Depakote. Lies. Trintellix causes seizures in susceptible patients and all of the health problems the interactions between the 2 meds can cause, I had.

I had low sodium and all the associating symptoms ontop of an increase in seizure activity. Now I'm not on anything and suffering dearly because Goodwin refuses to respond to their patients.

Absolutely the worst place for medical attention I've have now been three times with out my medication that they insisted I needed to be on but seem to go with out because they never update my meds with pharmacy if you need to call and talk with them forget it I tried every option on their phones and never will a person answer the phone always a recording after two messages and two days later I'm still with no response what a great medical provider really looking out for their patients well being

I think this place is great except for the calls/getting back to people who have left voicemails. I think they absolutely need to fix their phone system as a lot of other people complain of that too. Sometimes you need to speak to someone right away, not hours later at a more inconvenient time. Other than that, this place has been great for me, they help a lot with my mental illness that I've been battling and with insurance too. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The level of unprofessionalism at this office is absolutely appalling. I have had countless fustrating situations in dealing with them over the past few years. Do not waist your time or energy going here! If you call to make an appointment expect to wait days before you hear back from someone if you do at all. If you have any upper respiratory issues they try to pass the buck by referring you to urgent care.

Absolutely ridiculous, especially during Covid. If you have a covid test you should be given a paper with instructions to access your results online, they fail to do so. A test that should have results within 24-48 hrs takes 4 days to hear something. Call for a perscription refill because they fail to respond to pharmacy request, they fill the perscription but to a pharmacy you don't use and neglect to tell the patient. This office needs some serious help!

The level of incompetence I've dealt with here is staggering; absolutely mind numbing. They won't fill out prior authorizations in a timely manner and this has forced me to experience withdrawl symptoms on my psych meds several times. Dr. Obergon won't fill a second prescription I needed claiming lack of paper work from my previous provider. I have filled 3 releases for that previous provider, and that provider told me they sent in 29 pages of information, so where is it?

They won't return calls or messages in a timely manner and I've had to show up in person several times now to get basic things accomplished. I have to go in yet again as well. And these weren't appointments mind you, it was just me going in to tell them to do their freakin' jobs. I had a Zoom meeting for a counseling intake. I waited on Zoom for 10 minutes with no response from the counselor, and I ended the session without a response. The counselor couldn't even provide the courtesy of a text to let me know he would be late. Now I need to find ANOTHER PCP. Preferably one the knows medicine.

I had a broken crown, right down to the gumline. Originally thought I needed surgery, but they were able to avoid that, and pulled the tooth. I came in as an emergency patient with no appointment. I got in within 1/2 an hour, removed the tooth and billed my insurance. My out-of-pocket costs were minimal, as I have good insurance. BUT! The main purpose of this review is to tell you, if you're nervous about dental work, pick Goodwin.

They have a large staff that is very kind. My Dr. walked me through as we went along and I was very happy I chose Goodwin. Their prices are reallly good too. Overall a great experience. Goodwin is now my go-to dentist. Congratulations, Goodwin, for providing excellent service!

This place is Awesome the staff is Awesome very helpful very friendly. My Doctor is Awesome You need a pharmacy You need blood work You need a Dentist Their is only one thing that's missing for me and anyone that don't drive in the winter is for the Pharmacy is to have delivery on medicine.
