Impossible to call. Line disconnected for no reason. Signed release of information that they did not bother to process.

I have been going to Cooper for about 20 yrs and now that UAB has taken over it's a hot mess. The doctor I had misdiagnosed me about my shoulder went to another doctor and found out I had a torn rotator cup. And this same doctor prescribe me a blood pressure medicine and made me very sick. When I told her about it her response was she didn't prescribe it.

The Patient Advocate, R. Durant won't return calls and they are refusing me a doctor. They better watch how they treat patients because God sit high and he can see everything. The job you have today it can be taken away in a blink of an eye.

I didn't go to UAB I went to Cooper Green Mercy Hospital and my wait time was superb but when it comes to me seeing a Dr it is ridiculous. I have serious health issues and haven't seen anyone in 3 years. Then I've asked for a Dr due to my health issues but continue to get a Nurse Practitioner which don't know much about my issues are what to prescribe for them.

The people here are fantastic! I was greeted upon entry and received the most courteous customer service from the hard working members of the pharmacy staff. These are trying times for the healthcare industry as a whole and to be able to receive such anointed care during a pandemic is a breath of fresh air.

Most employees are great people. They are over worked because how many people come in every single day. They need more people in the pharmacy. That take up the most time, plus the have some weird rulesn

I've called Cooper Green 3 times this morning and their business hours state 730am, it's now 7:38am and they are still closed. It is sad that low income individuals have poor service. Just because one can't afford insurance at the time or have a difficult time in life we are treated as scum. One of the staff members in the pharmacy also has one of the nastiest rudest attitudes I've ever seen. She usually sits on the far right once you walk in the pharmacy. I hope she is no longer there. Several people have complained about her

Say what you may about the treatment at Cooper Green. However, 98% of the professionals I have had the pleasure of meeting, are very versed in what they are doing and saying. I have always been treated with respect and concern. I have been sent to UAB Southside and UAB Highlands for treatment and testing. Right now with all of the flu cases they have been bombed with, patient as well as staff, the pharmacy is a place you really don't want to be.

They are working on getting it flowing again, give them some time. And as for attitudes. Check yourself and think about what their day has been like. Just because you walk in the door with your negative attitude and expect Private Care treatment, don't mean it's going to happen. They will get to you as time allows. They could sit and be a stone face not happy employee, but why when they can find a little good to laugh about in a room with a bunch of sick folks.

My appreciation started with Ms. Peggy Watson and blooms out from there. From labs, x-rays, pharmacy, therapy, cashier, appointment center. Too many to name but I couldn't feel better sitting in that stuffy ole private Dr. Office. Thanks for being there and may each and every one of you have a Blessed Day and a better tomorrow. Stop and think about it.

You really don't have to go to Cooper Green. You could go sit in the Private Office of a cram packed Dr., Don't forget to stop by accounting and make payment arrangements on your way out.

Have issues with the amount of time until next appointment but I'm sure it can be explained. Other than that the place is questionable of it's cleanliness. The doctors however are kind and work with you especially in various departments such as dermatology. Primary care Dr is awesome. All in all they work to serve the public who are struggling financially.

Yes, they are slow. But, in their defense they are very, VERY busy. What that does not excuse is their attitudes. If you walk in, accept that everything wrong will be considered YOUR fault. Someone jump a curb and hit you? No they didn't. You must have walked out into the street. Get brutally mugged? No. That's obviously the result of a bar fight or domestic violence.

Have epileptic seizures? Please. You're obviously on drugs. In fact, everyone that walks through the doors at Cooper Green are on drugs, have alcohol problems, are in abusive relationships, molest their children, rob banks and worship the devil. Every problem you have, you some how brought on yourself. That's why you'll get eye rolls, condescending tones, lack of empathy and even out right cruelty.

I'm sorry Cooper Green, but if sick and injured people are too much for you, you shouldn't have gone into medicine. If impoverished sick and injured people are your problem, you should have specialized in elective surgery. These people are dicks and ultimately, they only help you if you pitch a fit and then it's only as little as they can get away with and just to get you to shut up and go away. Busy, Yes. That's perfectly understandable. Constantly uninterested, lacking in empathy, suspicious, cruel.there's no excuse.
